The owners of The Gazebo in Grace Bay are local professionals who reside permanently on island. They already successfully rent Sillycreek Cottage (vrbo 360284) which has garnered over one hundred 5 star reviews. New empty nesters, the owners have now decided to turn the former playhouse into a beautiful cottage which is detached, fully equipped, and privately tucked away behind garden foliage. The owners of the cottage are working professionals who live in the main house onsite. They are available to provide assistance/information as required, but are otherwise respectful of your privacy. Their housekeeper is also ready to provide additional services such as breakfast, laundry or daily cleaning all at an additional cost, if desired. The Gazebo offers a unique experience. The delightful space is perfect for a solo traveller or couple wanting to safely experience true island life but with all the modern conveniences. It is located in the heart of the exclusive Grace Bay area and less than a one minute drive from the world famous Grace Bay Beach, shopping district and several great restaurants. The Gazebo is fully airconditioned, with a full caboose (kitchen), dedicated driveway and gate, high speed internet and no shared amenities. In this upscale residential neighborhood, you will hear dogs barking, see kids playing, watch birds butterflies and geckos scamper about the garden and even get visits from the friendly house cat. Perfect for those wanting to escape the bustle and experience true island life in a modern setting sprinkled with rustic charm like planked wood floors. Wonderful accommodating hosts

Heather and Clayton are outstanding! Beautiful home with gorgeous plantings all around in an upscale neighborhood only minutes to downtown Grace Bay. Clayton, on a Sunday when I asked if there might be a cooler we could take to the beach, went straight out to the IGA and bought 2 different types and a large thermos for bev's! Also bought us a bag of ice and wouldn't take money for it! Any issues which arose with changes in our plans...they were right there to be so easygoing and accommodating. Great location too! 5-10 minutes biking to grace bay shops and restaurants. Their dogs and cat are very friendly (the neighbors dogs do sometimes sing/howl at 4 am...but it is more funny than annoying). Highly recommend this place for your stay.

A lovely stay! The little garden get-away was super clean, really cute and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely welcoming and generous -- they even gave us beach chairs & an umbrella. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes -- and we were able to walk to a ton of nearby restaurants & bars. Do bring along some ear plugs for the neighbors' dogs, who get excited in the middle of the night sometimes :) The area around the apartment is a gorgeous garden -- and we really hope to return soon!!

Great little cottage close to the beach

Loved this cute little cottage with a beachy feel to it. Perfect place for two adults doing a week long stay. Close to the beach, close to the main part of town. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Would definitely come stay again!

Wonderful Little Cottage!

We stayed for three days before our friends were coming down to be with us in a larger home. The three days here were such a great start to our two week stay! It’s absolutely cozy and perfect for a couple. It’s very new inside. The air conditioning works great! The location is outstanding and we walked to Cocoa Bistro on our first night, just around the corner. The beach is close as well. I highly recommend this charming spot.

Just need to spray the room regularly for mosquitos but Heather is quick to reply & provide it. I would suggest to spray it every 3rd day to prevent it. Or have the flooring in the room be changed to regular. Overall, nice quite area & like 15 min walk to the beach if you don't mind walking. I hope to come back next year. ❤️

I could live here

From start to finish, my experience at the Cottage was wonderful. The property is gorgeous with an amazing garden and breathtaking plants, flowers and trees throughout. The little Casita is perfect for one or a couple. The bed is very comfy and sleeping in the property was dreamy. Perfectly located to everything in Grace Bay but a car is always recommended to explore. If you’re thinking about booking the property, do it! It was a pleasure to meet Keisha and Heather, they are very friendly. I would return a million times!

A little bit of paradise

Fantastic! The Gazebo was just what we had hoped for: cozy, nicely laid out, beautifully decorated, with a perfect setting in a lush garden. The screened in porch was perfect for early mornings and late evenings. The location is perfect with a short walk or shorter bike ride to Grace Bay Beach. Everyone is friendly!!

Everything you need & 2 great bikes

Heather, Clayton & Keisha were super easy to deal with and helped us with our questions or requests. This property has a large shady yard with beautiful plantings, a grill that we used, and outdoor furniture to relax in. A screened porch with table & chairs and small couch was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It has a small kitchen with everything we needed to make a few dinners. The air conditioning worked well in the bedroom. For the inside, there is a comfortable bed with a TV and updated bathroom & shower. One of the best things about the gazebo was the 2 bicycles with baskets that we used every day. Grace Bay beach - less than a 5 min bike ride - was amazing. It is well situated, as everything we wanted to see was within a 3 mile radius. Already looking forward to returning!

My first vacation to Turks and Caicos

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Turks and Caicos. The gazebo is in a great location, close to shopping district and it had everything we needed. We loved sitting in the screened porch every evening enjoying our dinner and wine and listening to music. We used the BBQ one night. The gardens are lovely and made our stay so peaceful.

Very Relaxing

The Gazebo worked out perfectly for us. The layout was very efficient. The bathroom was just off the bedroom and had a very nice walk in shower with plenty of water pressure. The Bedroom A/C and TV worked great along with a ceiling fan.. Outside of the bedroom was a screened in porch for having our morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchenette off the porch was well laid out with all the essentials. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The Gazebo is a five minute walk to Grace Bay Beach , the nicest Beach we have ever ver been to. The water was gorgeous and about 78 degrees. The sand was fine like powder. Great choice for Grace Bay

The Gazebo is in a great location, very close to Grace Bay. Accommodations are clean, private and comfortable. The space is cozy for 2 people and a nice alternative to the resorts on the beach. Owners were available to assist with whatever we needed, including tips on setting up at Grace Bay beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The property was quaint & charming and the surrounding gardens beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet & felt safe, yet quite centrally located. The owners provided 2 bikes which we used daily to get back & forth to the beach and the grocery store. The television that was provided never worked properly. I reached out to the owner for assistance - but it was never provided. The owner also promised to assist us w/ scheduling a taxi to the airport, but never followed up with us. I wish that we could have had better communication w/ the owner & housekeeper. While it did not diminish our wonderful experience at the property, it could have made it feel more welcoming!
