The location is perfect for touring the parks and visiting downtown. Room was great with the view of the river. We utilized the kitchen and made one meal in the 3 nights we stayed.
The location of the condo was perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and The surrounding are was beautiful! The bed was comfy and the kitchen was satisfactory as was the bathroom. My only complaint was the neighbors upstairs seemed to be stomping around well past 10 and it made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again!
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It is great short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. I had to get up very early for my hikes there, and the hotel does a great job for checking in and out for those early 4AM hiking days. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, with lots of restaurants down the road.
We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped suite. It had everything we needed. Replenishing supplies like linens and even spices for cooking is easy and seamless. We would definitely return here. It’s only minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain national Park. Great location!
This property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and spacious for the two of us. The view from the balcony and sound of the river made our mornings and evenings that much better! We would stay here again.
Really lovely location up Fall River Road just a mile from the RMNP entrance and a few miles from Estes Park. If you're looking for a nice place to make home during your stay with a focus on spending more time in the park than in town, this is your place. Easy access to park and coming back to sit on the deck listening to the Fall River out back was just lovely. The unit itself could use some minor updating but it isn't anything that is going to impact your stay. 10/10 would recommend. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s close to the park entrance, close to Estes Park, and right on the river. There is a pool, paths to walk next to the river, grills, and a laundry room. We appreciated the movie library as well. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
This was a nice place for two people near a stream and a few minutes from the park entrance. The communication was terrific - including a heads up for the new timed entry system into the park. Highly recommend.
Didn’t spend much time at room. We spent 6 days exploring the National park. The property location was perfect for breaking up the day with downtime from park. 1 mile from east gate. Room clean and staff was quickly responsive to requests.
This property is in very close proximity to the Fall River Road entrance to the park, MOL 1 mile. The Fall River Visitor Center is MOL 0.7 of a mile from the property. The Rocky Mountain Gateway Gift Shop and the Trailhead Restaurant are located adjacent to the Visitor Center. We had a great breakfast at the Trailhead Restaurant. I talk about the location of the property because this is it's biggest positive feature. The property was clean, comfortable, and fully fuctional. The property managment team was very friendly and helpful. Just to let you know a new refrigerator was installed while we were there. Another problem in the past was the shower head, I am 6.2 and a new shower head riser has been installed and is now at a good height. What the unit is not, it is not new nor recently remodeled and it does show some age; however, I would stay here again. We had a great visit, Thank you!
The location right outside RMNP and the rushing stream right outside the patio was wonderful. Easy parking. The shower was so old and difficult to use in every way and if someone else is taking a shower nearby or within an hour of you, there will be NO hot water. Which is crazy because there is scalding hot water in the sink. The separate faucets to turn for hot and cold are not only hard to get right, but it changes to freezing cold once you do get it right, the shower head was installed so low that you couldn’t get the water on you very well. The unit we were in was IN the lobby next to the office. How weird is that. All other units were up or down. But other than that, the benefits of the location outweighed the negatives.
It was a great unit - excellent location. We would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion to the owners is to add hangers. There’s a nice closet but no hangers and no hooks. At least they could let renters know ahead of time. But that’s a small thing - other than that I’d give it five stars.
