Fresh and sophisticated, this sweet two bedroom and two full bathroom condo is located just off West San Francisco street in a highly walkable location of downtown Santa Fe just minutes to the Plaza and outdoor eateries. The property is tucked down in a quiet lane with little to no vehicle traffic with a spacious private, gated and walled patio space that can be accessed from the living room. Perfect for all!
Wonderful home with all the amenities and very comfortable! The proximity to the Plaza and Railyard made every weekend a delightful adventure of exploring all that Santa Fe has to offer! Brian was a terrific host and great communicator for anything we needed or just to check in. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for long term stay
This is the perfect house with everything you need. So comfortable and welcoming. Location was amazing! We stayed for months and walked everywhere! Definitely the best place to stay in Santa Fe!

This place exceeded expectations. There was so much space! This is especially helpful with a little one. The bedrooms are spaced apart so that there is quiet and plenty of space to relax. Because it was cold, we didn't use the patio but it looked private. The location was easily walkable to the square which is quite a large area. There are some great restaurants close by as well. Easy to get in and out. Happy with our stay!

Great stay in Santa Fe
My friends and I enjoyed many things about this property: location (easy walking distance to the SF plaza, galleries, restaurants and museums), quiet and safe neighborhood, clean and spacious rooms. Brian was very helpful and responsive to questions. We would stay there again.

Great unit and location
Location in walking distance of downtown: 19 min. Kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms where very clean with soads, shampoo, etc. Had small patio with umbrella which was great for an afternoon read. Reaaly enjoyed our stay.

Repeat Visit- Still a great stay!
This is our second stay and we had a fantastic time again. The location can’t be beat for access to downtown. We walked our first few days but then my 89 yo dad joined us. Driving in and dropping us off was no big deal. It is also easy to get to the Opera House. Everyone in our party slept well and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe—we had no problem leaving my dad in the house when we went to the opera.

Fantastic Location, had a fun stay
My partner, I and another couple had a great 4 day stay. This property exceeded all our hopes. It is so conveniently located. Good dining within a couple blocks. Easy walking distance to the plaza and rail yard. We enjoyed walking around town in the morning, then retreating back to the casa in the hot afternoon to relax in the air conditioning. The place was clean, comfortable and fun. Brian was a great host and responded quickly to all messages.

This is a well kept condo on a quiet street which offers the ability to walk into town, which we did numerous times, especially since parking in town is a problem. The owner was available to answer questions in a timely manner and even offered restaurant suggestions for us. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect , cozy and great location!
This house is perfectly located within walking distance to the plaza. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We loved everything about this space. The beds were so comfortable and the space was very cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Santa Fe.

Great Location, Lovely Space
We loved staying in this place during our visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room comfy and cozy with a nice outdoor patio. Easy walking access to Santa Fe's square for food and shopping. It felt very safe at night. The primary bedroom bed was exceedingly soft which made us uncomfortable, FYI. The host, Brian, was great to deal with and he was very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was fantastic! The property was absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed casita with tons of room, beautiful natural lighting, ideal location (10 minute walk to the Plaza). My husband, sister-in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is close to everything, was clean and comfy and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Our host was accessible if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Place to Stay in Santa Fe
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is indeed walkable to the plaza, but we drove a few times and parked downtown because we were going to concerts and it was hot and slightly uphill. Neighborhood is extremely quiet at night. Host's communication is excellent. A plus is that there were lots of towels and washcloths! We go to Santa Fe every summer for the opera and definitely hope our opera dates and this home's availability coincide!

My stay was excellent. This condo is very beautiful and comfortable. It is very convenient to the main sites of Santa Fe. We barely moved the car. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay here again!

Oasis in the city
We could not have picked a better location for our 5 day Santa Fe vacation. Absolutely everything we wanted to do was less than 1 1/2 miles away. The home was a fabulous oasis from the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe. It provided beautiful serenity, comfortable beds, nice outdoor table to soak in the sun, and a well thought out kitchen. Brian was responsive, and his home was well laid out with the basics. I definitely plan on making this my Santa Fe getaway home!

I love this property because its so well located in historic downtown Santa Fe. 5 minute walk to the plaza. 30 minutes to the top of the mountain for great skiing. Restaurants, galleries and museums all within walking distance.
