Camelback House remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 SF condo sleeps 6 with upscale furnishings. A very short stroll within blocks finds you enjoying all that the heart of Scottsdale has to offer - Old Town with its shops & restaurants and world class shopping at Fashion Square Mall. SF giants spring training stadium, and the newly developed Waterfront. Within 10 minute drive is Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort.

The condo has a fully furnished upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The living room is furnished with 55" LCD HDTV with 150+ Channels. The condo has free high speed WIFI. All bedrooms and dining room has ceiling fans.

The Master bedroom has a Sealy King size pillowtop bed for a sound sleep and a 42" HDTV. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Master bedroom has 6 drawer dresser and bedside tables with lamp. Master has huge closet with mirror doors. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub.

The Second bedroom has a Sealy queen size pillowtop bed and bedside tables with 2 lamps with USB charging station built-in. This bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of storage space.

There is a balcony off the living room with a bar top and 2 stools for morning coffee or happy hour!!! The living room has a Queen size pullout couch for extra guests to sleep.

The beautiful & quiet grounds include 4 heated pools, loungers and 4 BBQ areas with included gas grills & tables. A laundry area is available within 30 feet of the unit. There is 1 designated covered parking space for the condo along with ample additional guest parking.

The condo was clean and tidy. Kitchen has everything you need, in terms of pots, pans and dishes. A good supply of spices and seasonings too. The location was convenient for access to main streets and routes, as well as restaurants and shopping. The TV in the smaller bedroom did not work. Seems like it isn't connected to cable or isn't a smart TV. Host was very responsive when we had questions during check in, so that was appreciated.convenient to

Great and quiet place
We loved that the place was very clean and so quiet, and really appreciated the ease of check-in, the covered parking, the containers and water-bottles available, the great kitchen, and the ice-making capabilities in the freezer. It was indeed right across from a huge shopping mall. Enjoyed the dining table and comfortable couch and quiet ceiling fans.

I have to say that my stay was very comfortable and relaxing. It was so nicely decorated and gave the vibe like you’re at home. I loved all the ceiling fans in each room. It definitely kept the rooms cool. It was very spacious and all the amenities were great. We needed nothing extra…It was stocked sufficiently. Will definitely have to visit here again thank you sooooo very much for the hospitality

We had an excellent stay! Communication with owners was great! Condo has everything you may need...coffee, coffee cream, spices for cooking, every cooking appliance you may need, tons of towels and bedding. The only issue we had as Canadians was we were not able to do laundry because the app to run the washer/dryer does not recognize Canadian banks for payment Overall we would highly recommend this property A previous review had mentioned that there was no flat sheets on bed and that the coffee machine leaked...this was in fact not the case for us!

Would 100% stay again! The condo was sooo clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need! The coffee and creamer was a nice touch! You could not beat the location - shopping and restaurants were steps away. The outdoor area and pool were well kept and easily accessed. Steve was excellent to deal with and very accommodating with an early arrival! Thanks so much for everything!

A colleague and I stayed at the condo to complete some work projects and enjoy some leisurely time at local restaurants. Everything we needed was provided. Clean accommodations and close to downtown Scottsdale. Steve was very communicative and although we didn’t have any issues I was sure he would respond promptly should something have come up. Would absolutely book again if staying in Scottsdale.

The property was neat and clean. The area was quiet during evening. The beds have a mattress cover but no bottom sheets. The Keurig machine leaked when the machine was engaged. The unit did have a back up drop machine. Overall the condo was very enjoyable. Jamie Perkon

My daughter and I met here to experience Scottsdale resorts/spas and shopping. We could walk to shopping both at Fashion Square and Old Town. The resorts were a short ride away. It was cozy to come home to and the beds were very comfortable. Great communication with owner.

Christmas in Scottsdale
This property was perfect for our stay. Owner was very accommodating with our last minute booking, and even offered an early check in. Unit was clean & beds very comfortable. They even had some small Christmas decorations which were a nice touch being away from home on the holiday. Unit was walking distance to Scottsdale waterfront, coffee, mall and bike rental. Great stay!

Great value, great location, and super clean
We spent 8 days at this condo and, first off, it's a great value. It is in a very good location for biking as you are only a couple blocks from the canal, and for walking, the fashion mall is right right across the street. We also walked from the unit all through the old town one day and rode the trolley back as there is a stop very close to the unit. The unit is super clean and it was very quiet. We never heard a peep from the other units. The owner was also very communicative. He always replied to my questions within minutes. The only downside, which really didn't matter that much to us because we were out doing things every day, is that there isn't much in the way of a deck or private outdoor space. That said, we would stay again if coming to Scottsdale, especially if the rate stays reasonable!

I stayed for business and this was the perfect place to come back and relax. The views are beautiful just behind the building. The place was very very quiet as well which was amazing after long days. Hosts were amazing to communicate with and 10/10 would stay again! 🙌
