Spacious suite at the Music Express Inn: We purchased James's grandparents beautiful Inn and we are very excited to reopen our home to guests! This listing is for a spacious 2 bedroom guest unit with a private entrance and private bathroom. It's nestled on a green acre only moments away from Bidwell Park: about 5 minutes on foot!

The space
This beautiful, spacious two bedroom suite is sure to impress! Great for families and groups. One bedroom room has a three seat sofa and Cal King bed plus an available twin rollaway bed if need. The other bedroom has two full beds and a loveseat. There is also a breakfast nook with a dining room table that seats 4.

Guest access
This room has its own private entrance. Guests will need to walk up three steps. Ample parking right outside the room.

Convenient and comfortable
Booking family somewhat late for Chico State graduation, Tiffany was able to get my family into a two bedroom, three bed space that was perfect. She was extremely responsive and the property was beautiful and comfortable.

James & Tiffany are Chico natives who returned home to restore and open James' grandparents Inn. James is a Merchant Marine and Tiffany is Artist who specializes in makeup artistry for special events. They have two sons and a labradoodle named Fiona.

Why they chose this property

The Inn is conveniently located right off Hwy 32 and 99 making it easy to access. The neighborhood is a rural island within city limits giving it a peaceful country vibe without sacrificing location. It's a short walk to Bidwell park as well as the newly developed Meriam Park.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything! Walk to a fancy dinner at Burban Kitchen or enjoy a dip in Bidwell creek nearby. Each guest unit has it's own private exterior entrance and bathroom. There is plenty of outdoor spaces for gathering and enjoying the lovely Chico weather! Lots of off street parking available to guests. We can also accommodate larger groups for reunions and gatherings. We have 5 guests units and a guest kitchen available to rent as well.
