This beautiful waterfront home was the perfect location for our family Christmas getaway. The home and amenities were fabulous but nothing compares to the view. Highly recommend!
Loved it!!! Beautiful location right on the lake. Owners were great and communicated promptly. Easy check in and out. Property was clean and everything was organized and easy to find. Definitely a home away from home. Will come back again!
Three adults and three dogs...ALL extremely pleased with this property, the owners, and the management team. We loved the location, the home, and the property. We all rate this experience with the highest of praise and recommend other families book this site.
My wife, myself, and our pups enjoyed a long weekend here. The view on this property is everything! It is very peaceful and serene. The inside of the house is updated and modern. The hosts were in frequent contact and available for any needs. We will be back!

Very dirty home
I never write negative reviews. I usually talk directly to the host. And I did, I informed them how dirty the place was, it had about an inch of dust on everything. The ceiling fans were disgusting. The baseboards were so dirty everything was dirty. And the last night we stayed there the hot water heater made a noise that it sounded like puppies were being killed and it kept us up all night. Also spoke to the host regarding refunding me the cleaning fee since it was obviously not cleaned and I never got a response from them regarding that issue. They ghosted me on it. Very disappointed with this host never had this type of experience. I hope that the next person will not be lied to about how clean the place is because it was very difficult to sit or do anything anywhere because of how dirty it was. Also the master bedroom that’s downstairs is extremely tiny and so is the bathroom. It’s was very difficult to move around and not bang yourself or have the toilet paper holder fall on the floor, and I’m a small person.. if you don’t care about cleanliness, the view is amazing.
Wonderful property, lovely house, awesome hosts. We loved it here. So beautiful. Very clean and everything you need in one spot.
Would definitely recommend!
Took my dogs and spent the weekend here while I visited family around the same town. Very peaceful/relaxing and being on the water was a definite plus. I would stay there again.
The pictures do not do this home justice! We loved the openness and the homely feeling. This was the perfect location for our family to gather and just enjoy each other’s company. Matthew and Alena are amazing host and I would definitely stay again! Great place for anyone!
The view is gorgeous, there were plenty of water toys available for us to swim with. My 5 year old wanted to go fishing everyday. The hosts were very communicative and made it easy to have a nice, relaxing weekend on the lake!
Loved the back porch!!! Kayaking. Swimming. Fishing. Games. Home had all the necessities and then some that we didn’t expect to have such as floats, fishing poles, outdoor chairs and indoor games.
My friends and I had an amazing time celebrating my 36th birthday at Watt a Retreat! The house is beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was the back patio! It was so peaceful and quiet! We would love to visit again in the future! Thank you!
We loved this little cabin! Our stay was great and loved the lake being so accessible! The air conditioning took a minute to cool but other than that it was perfect!
Definitely a Five Star property. This property is tucked away in a nice neighborhood giving you the feeling of seclusion (which we liked) yet close to everything. Upon arrival, the house was perfect. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The best feature of the property is its view and access to the lake. The view of the lake is awesome. There is a nice small dock to fish from and we had some good success fishing there. Also impressive was the large deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck. We were there during a hotter than usual week, but the fans on the deck allowed us to still enjoy time on the deck during the hottest time of the day.
Communication with the owners was excellent. Our only disappointment was when our stay was over and we had to leave. This is definitely a property at the top of our list when/if we plan another trip to Tennessee.
This rental is in a quiet neighborhood. The views are gorgeous! Since it is by water and had a few days of rain, I got bit several times by some kind of insect. The inside was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the host responded to questions I had. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the tv remote for master bedroom was working. We would definitely stay again!
