Newly updated five bedroom just a short walk to the Village of Walloon Lake! Great location with easy access to 131, ski resorts, restaurants and Walloon Lake! Beach and boat launch less than 1/2 mile away! Home features full kitchen and has great new deck overlooking large back yard.
House features three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and one bath on the second floor.
Great location just .3 miles from boat launch, restaurants and the beach! In winter, the snowmobile trail is also very close.
*COVID-19 Info: Due to increased cleaning and disinfection requirements, same day rental turnovers are not possible at this time. Also, please understand that some local services and amenities may not be available during your stay. We do our best to limit contact with guests to the extent possible to ensure safety for guests and staff.
Home does have one external security camera that only has access to the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.

We are once a year repeat guests for our annual ski trip and we always look forward to staying here. Great location, clean, prompt communication, spacious, and the extra amenities are appreciated. Until next year!

Wedding Perfection

We rented the house for our family as we were getting married at the Walloon Inn/Talcott. It was the perfect location. The house was beautiful, updated and clean.

Walloon Lake wedding weekend!

This home was very clean, comfortable and updated! Lots of room and lots of beds! Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances and everything you would need. Location was perfect--five minute walk to the Walloon Lake Village. Back deck was also great with patio furniture and a relaxing hammock! If visit here again, we would definitely try to stay here again! Owner was very quick and responsive to our questions. Five out of five!!!

Home Away from Home

This was the perfect place to enjoy a family ski weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all, and nicely updated. The location was perfect- within minutes of the mountain and Boyne City. Looking forward to returning next year.

Must Stay!

My group of friends and I absolutely loved this house. We came to Walton Lake for a ski weekend at Boyne Mountain and found the location was great. We were 10 mins in any direction for activities and restaurants. Stephanie was super nice and the home is very spacious. We were a group of 5 at no point did we feel like the space was too small for us. We are planning to stay at this property again once the weather warms up.

Wedding Weekend

The proximity to the wedding venue at the Inn at Walloon Lake was great. The property inside was very nice and had everything we needed. The three full bathrooms were wonderful to have for six people.

Highly recommend!

This house in Walloon is the perfect place for you and your friends and family to stay! We stayed for 3 weeks and were extremely happy with everything about this rental. Here are some details: - all the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable - with five bedrooms you can host a lot of people and still have privacy and places for kids of all ages to sleep - it's very kid friendly - there's cribs, a highchair, kid eating utensils, etc. - the location is just a few minutes walk to the heart of Walloon village - there's even a path thru the woods that leads directly to the ice cream shop! - there is a large backyard which is great for kids to play and run around (and a basketball court in the adjacent church parking lot) - it's a great location to visit other towns too - 7 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Boyne City! - the hosts are extremely accommodating and communicate well All in all - I plan to rent here again and you should too!

Great weekend trip!

The house was amazing and perfect for a weekend with friends. We spent the day at the slopes and then at the house spend the evenings huddled around the table playing games and dinning. Will totally be back next year. Can’t wait! 👍🏻👍🏻

What a great spot nestled between Boyne and Petosky

What a great spot nestled between Boyne and Petosky. We went went for a ski trip with friends and had such a great experience. The kids lived sharing the room with twin beds and the adult couples all had their own rooms. We will definitely be back!

Happy new year!

What a charming home! I’m not sure the pictures really do this property justice. There are 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3 full baths. There’s a well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all the things you’ll need for cooking. The location was perfect for boyne and petosky. We stayed December 29-January 2nd so it was nice to be close to skiing and petosky. The restaurants were nice and I bet very fun during summer months. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and very organized. I highly recommend this property. We had our 3 children with us, ages 9,7 & 4 and they too had a great time. The property also had 2 cribs and a high chair, even though we didn’t need them it was nice to see the thoughtfulness.

Perfect house for our needs

We stayed at this house last weekend for our son's wedding in the Walloon Lake/Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. The house exceeded our expectations! Very clean, kitchen is great (everything needed to cook meals or eat carry-in), spacious. There were 8 adults and the space was perfect; everyone had their own rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent Walloon Getaway

This beautiful home provided every amenity needed for a vacation in the Walloon Lake village area. The cleanliness and impeccable furnishings were top notch. We highly recommend this home when in the Petoskey, or the Walloon Lake area. Stephanie, the property manager, also ensured the rental was perfectly suited to our needs!

We loved this house!

Very clean!! Everything was as described. Lots of supplies, Beautiful bedrooms, bedding, very comfortable beds!! Plenty of room for us to gather on the deck, in front of the television or a the big dinner table..great location just around the corner from the cute village. We'll hopefully get the oppurtunity to stay here again!!

Family Getaway

This was a nice, updated property so kind of modern farmhouse feel. Easily accessible to Walloon Lake downtown area. Some of the bedrooms had no closets or dressers but we made the best of it. The property manager, Stephanie Jones, was great and very responsive to our needs.

Fabulous House!
