It is a villa with 10 rooms, 5 bathrooms, an additional toilet, large garden area with terrace and a new swimming pool with stairs, for easy entry.
Here is some general information about the house and the surrounding area.

The house has 2 levels.

Ground floor:
5 rooms (3 double rooms, 2 small rooms + 1 salon. (2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 separate toilet)

1. Floor:
4 rooms (3 double rooms, 1 smaller room (3 bathrooms with toilets)

The house is in Rincon de la Victoria at the end of town. It is very calm.
Rincon de la Victoria is approximately 25 KM from Malaga city.
You can either take the motorway towards Malaga or drive along the coastal road.

The journey time to the city is around 20 minutes - Malaga Airport is around 25 minutes away. I would call Rincon de la Victoria a typical small town in Andalusia.
There is a golf club 1.5 KM from the house. Approximately There are tennis courts 1 km away.

A fitness studio is also about 1.5 km away.
National tourism prevails over international national tourism.
Large supermarkets (Mercadona) are about 1-2 kilometers away in both directions.
You can place orders online there and Mercadona can also deliver purchases on request.

There are numerous beach bars on the beach. There you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas at reasonable prices.
If you want to go to the city of Rincon de la Victoria, the journey takes about 5 minutes.
There are bus stops on the street in the immediate vicinity of the house. These run every half hour to Malaga city.

At the front of the house is the pool and a large barbecue grill.
At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and sea views.
There is also a gate with direct beach access.

Malaga is the gateway to the Costa del Sol in Andalusia.
You can easily reach all Andalusian attractions by car. But plan a day trip: there is a lot to see. The journey time to Granada (Sierra Nevada / Alhambra) is approximately 2 hours. You can go skiing and swimming in the Mediterranean on the same day. The journey time to Seville is about 2 hours / 45 minutes.
You should also expect a 2-3 hour drive to Ronda and Cordoba. (Mezquita) Do you know Gibraltar? If you prefer this trip, you will be there by car in about 2 hours. From there you could visit the surfing paradise Tarifa (with a view of Africa). This route is breathtakingly beautiful. You could visit the white Andalusian villages like Conil de la Frontera. Another Andalusian highlight is Cadiz - one of the oldest cities in Europe. That would be the Atlantic coast - the Costa de la Luz.

A perfect family getaway by the sea
We chose to stay at this villa for a family reunion where we had all ages from 5 to 85. I was very impressed by Meme, the Property Manager who welcomed us and was there whenever we needed her. Being right on the beach with everything you need in the vicinity while being close to city centres was fabulous. We would definitely go back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The memories will last a lifetime.

Family reunion
We were a group of 11 people & stayed for one week. The accommodation was perfect for our group. We were amazed & grateful at how well organised & stocked the house was. Jens was very welcoming, informative & attentive. It is certainly necessary to have a car for running errands, like grocery shopping etc. The house is ideal for large groups. Space within & outside the house is excellent. We left there a very happy group. We will certainly recommend it to the families within our family. Thank you Jens.

Perfect family holiday Villa & location
We had an amazing family holiday here, 3 generations, all of whom had a great time. The location was fantastic, beach on the doorstep, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The villa was stunning, with space for all of us and a glorious pool. Jens was an amazing host, available for any questions and issues, as well as offering helpful suggestions for dinning out. My Grandson named it Paradise
We were a mixed age family group of 14 from 70+to below one year old. We loved the villa it was an amazing space with great living and recreational facilities We could play together in pool or at beach or relax in a quiet space We like self catering and the cooking facilities we’re excellent plenty of crockery and utensils The local area was friendly and local transport buses and taxis easily accessible The just was friendly and very helpful we would return in a heart beat The sound of the sea was most relaxing Thank you x

What a beautiful house!
I literally liked EVERYTHING about this stay! It's a beautiful house, right on the beach!!! It has everything you could need, including a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful rooms, great pool, it was all nice and clean. The check-in was perfect, the host was waiting for me. The check out was easy. The communication with the host was fantastic, quick and clear. And from the house you can walk to several chiringuitos (beach bars), and a few little shops. I can highly recommend this house! Either for a group of friends, or for several families (or one big one ;)).

Geweldig huis voor een grote groep
We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, huis is perfect voor een grote familie. Keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust, echt alles is er. Overal leuke hoekjes om te zitten. De tafeltennistafel was ook super. We hadden een vroege vlucht maar konden eerder het huis in en ook later vertrekken ivm onze avond vlucht. Super goede en snelle communicatie met eigenaar. Incheck en uitcheck met Meme was ook prima. Kortom een geweldige lokatie om te verblijven!!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Strandlage
Wir waren unterwegs mit der Familie (insgesamt 9 Personen) und es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Ausstattung war super und sehr sauber; auch in der Küche war einfach alles da und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unbezahlbar und super schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett, unkompliziert und er war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Exactly what we looked for
This is a wonderful house, right on the beach, with its private pool, great family room, all amenities. It's only a few minutes by car from downtown Malaga (which is a gorgeous city!) and at walking distance from convenience and grocery stores. Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are few minutes on foot if you decide not to eat at home and use the well-equipped kitchen. This is exactly what we were looking for when we decided to have a family trip for my mom's 70th birthday. Communication with Jens and Meme was easy and, need to say, people in Andalusia are beyond nice! :)

Gorgeous Villa
We were 6 younger adults , two older people ( my wife and me!) and 6 grandchildren . The location was ideal being right next to the beach , near to a great supermarket, a perfect pool and plenty of different seating places or lingers for the sun or keeping out of the sun ! The young parents made the most of eating out in the evening or bbq ing . The accommodation was large and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was really helpful and very contactable . All in all - we had the most amazing week and it’s already unforgettable ! Robert

Family celebration of my 80th year.
It fit our needs well for groups 14 people total that stayed at the villa. The largest amount that stayed at one time was 12. Lovely swimming pool that was used every day. The yard had many blooming plants that were beautiful. The big hit was the Mediterranean Sea just outside the gate. There were several beach side restaurants that served very good food. We also cooked in, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking and serving. Washer and dryer included in the property. It was a treat to meet the owners grandchildren one weekend. They came to play with my grandsons. Delightful children that were staying in the owner's house next door. Coming from the US we found the prices of groceries to be very inexpensive. We enjoyed the Spanish wines. In total we stayed 3 weeks.

Wonderful beachside property!
We stayed a week in this house with family leading up to our wedding in Spain and it was amazing! The host is really easy to contact and communicate with, and the house is really big with lots of nice outdoor spaces and when you open the gate the beach is just outside! Its a bit quieter part of the beach, but there are still a few beach restaurants within a few minutes walking and other restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so there is definitely stuff to do locally. The house is authentic Spanish - but has aircon- and although the kitchen is not the largest, the big eating areas + the extra fridge made it still very convenient for a big group of 14 people! Thanks Jens - we will come back!

Très grande maison agréable et bien situee
Maison très agréable pouvant accueillir 1 large groupe. Idéalement située pour rayonner et faire qq excursions. Climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Attention pas de volet de protection sur la piscine pour les enfants en bas âge. plage de sable très noir et mer envahie de méduses le temps de notre séjour (1 semaine). Pas de magasin autour d eme maison nous avons fait les courses en voiture à chaque fois.

La villa es fantástica, todas las estancias muy amplias y con todo tipo de comodidades. La atención de las personas que gestionan la casa fue impecable, con una respuesta inmediata ante cualquier requerimiento . Totalmente recomendable para ir con niños por su situación delante de la playa y por el jardín tan amplio y fresco gracias a su frondosa vegetación . Nos encantaría repetir!!

La casa es preciosa, conservando el encanto de las edificaciones de la zona, pero con todas las comodidades, y con baños y cocina totalmente renovados. Lo mejor su ubicación, y lo grande que es. Perfekt hus
Ett mycket fint och rymligt hus. Stor pool med grill och gott om sällskapsytor. Huset ligger alldeles vid stranden och strandpromenaden. En bit från centrum men ändå nära till restauranger. Matbutiker en lite längre promenad bort. Vi var mycket nöjda :0)

A superb villa right on the beach. There were 13 of us - as 3 families - and there was plenty of room for everyone! 9 bedrooms - with just one being a single - meant everyone had their own room, which was terrific! The facilities were excellent, from the beach towels provided, to the many sunbeds and tons of items in the kitchen - you cannot fault it! We had a delivery from Mercadona when we arrived and the kitchen and storage inc. 2 fridges could cope with a weeks worth of food and drink with no problem. Jens is great with communication and was able to answer many Qs before we visited. Highly recommended!
