The house was pretty and clean, the outdoor amenities were great. We loved stargazing at the firepit and had fun fishing. Scott was phenomenal at corresponding and made us feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and will be sure to stay longer next time.
If you are seeking peace and quiet this is the place! Quaint cabin on the edge of a pond. No city lights or noise from traffic to keep you awake. The house was very clean! We stayed just one night on our way to Ohio. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a wonderful getaway! Easy drive to get to, Scott was wonderful and the cabin was decorated beautifully!!. We were lucky enough to have clear skies to see the meteor shower!! Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful stay!
When checking out cabins on VRBO apps, it can be very hit or miss. Let me reassure you, this is a hit! The cabin is so cute and cozy, everything is clean and updated inside with nice cabin decor. The cabin sits on the lake and the back porch looks over it - there are gorgeous huge windows from the bedroom and living room also looking out over the lake. The bathroom and kitchen are updated and clean. And overall the property is secluded and private in the Kentucky woods. It is about 15-20 min from town so make sure you grab what you need beforehand but it is exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommend to all!
This is our second time here and I can’t say enough good things about it! It is always cleaned immaculately! Has everything you could need! Gorgeous view and such great fishing! Oh and they are now pet friendly which is super cool! Thank you for another amazing stay🥰
What an amazing cabin! Beautifully built cabin, modern amenities with a charming decor. Phenomenal deck overlooking a private lake. Standup paddle boards, a canoe, and a pedal boat to tour the water. Notable: slept all four of us comfortably, beautiful tile shower, gorgeous live edge kitchen table, fire pit. We’ll definitely be back!
We go all over to different places for the weekend exploring... this place was by far the most beautiful place we have ever been too! The cutest cabin, clean and homey, had everything we needed to cook and some beverages in the fridge that originated there( loved the story behind that) the best view, and quite country land with great fishing! We loved it here and will absolutely be back! Thank you for such a enjoyable stay ❤️

Beekeeper who also has a neat country cabin I built. I put the best stuff in the cabin I could find. I was not planning on renting it out when I built it. It was just going to be for me and my family.
Why they chose this property
We have 22 acres here and a 5-acre pond. I always wanted a cabin on the pond so I built it!
What makes this property unique
Walk onto the porch and you are at the Pond. You can literally cast a lure in the pond from the porch.
