We had a nice time with both friends and family. The location was easy to find and the house was well maintained, had all the things we needed and the theme was so fun!
It was gray and a little chilly for Aug so we didn’t swim, but it would have been fun! A great spot after our concert adventure.
A hidden gem for those who are looking for a quiet little spot to decompress. We enjoyed all the amenities and loved having a nice fire at night. Friendly neighborhood and the lake was very refreshing. Will stay again when in the area.
It was exactly what I we needed. A place by the water with full amenities at a good price. The only thing I wish I had known when I made the booking was the hot water situation which was disclosed with the check in instructions, but we managed just fine by following the instructions to turn off the hot water while lathering. Thats why the place gets 4 stars otherwise it was just lovely. The use of the kayaks was very much appreciated.
My girls (age 17 & 11) and my little dog stayed for 3 nights. I wish I had booked a couple more. The place is exactly as pictured. I booked the back camper for my oldest, she loved having her own space. Love that it has slider door between each of the room to adjust for privacy. The trailer had the perfect amount of room for my other daughter and I to each have our own space. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few meals. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but I'm sure we'll be back to use them in the fall.
Lovely little retro trailer that was comfortable and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. The trailer is set on its own piece of land in a pretty and eclectic neighborhood. You have a view of the water from the front deck and the neighbors wave when they walk by. Glamping at its best! Comfy beds, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, stove, and everything in between. We hope to stay again! Thank you :-)
The place is as advertised . Very clean everything you need in kitchen . Great internet . Very relaxing deck with grill . Comfortable beds and surprisingly a fair amount of room . Had a wonderful stay !
Thank you so much for a great place to stay for the week. Adorable neighborhood and close to so many beaches including its own little sandy beach. Loved that you you had kayaks and floats and noodles provided for extra water fun. We had a blast!
This is a unique property in a great location. This renovated mobile home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its great for a couple or small family. The owners communicate quickly and we really enjoyed this unique experience.
A lovely weekend at this fun, retro 😉 little trailer. Not fancy, but cute and cozy. We loved the fire pit and the outdoor shower too. The lake is maybe more for kayaking than swimming, but, the little beach down the road is certainly pleasant for a dip after one of the lakes region hikes.
We absolutely loved our stay, the weather was perfect and the the place was comfortable, clean, and the remodeled rooms looked great! The nearby beaches were clean and relaxing with a Great Lake to swim in for the kids. Would absolutely come back and hopefully for a longer stay.
We utilized this home for our weekend at bike week. Had everything we needed and was about 10 minutes to the speedway and 35 minutes to Laconia. Overall great experience.
We had an amazing weekend at the lake this fall, and we owe it to the girls and their fantastic vacation home. Not only is the trailer charming, it's also well-outfitted as a lakeside retreat. We loved kayaking around the lake and spending the evenings relaxing on the deck. The neighbors were very welcoming; we had a great conversation about the lake and its fish with a long-time resident. The location is ideal for the lakes region—you'll be close to Tilton, Laconia, and all of southern Lake Winnipesaukee. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us!
Great place! We stayed there for 5 days: my mom(senior), my two boys 9 and 10 and myself. The kids loved outdoor, dinner from the grill and camp fires. The place is clean, has everything you need. The owner is very nice to communicate with and the neighbors are amazing. Coming from NYC I was very pleased to discover how people are nicer and friendlier. Definitely would recommend.
We stayed at the end of July. The home is very sweet. It was quite clean and ready for our stay. One morning we woke up to 50 degrees weather… in July!!! Oh boy we were cold! The home had plenty of blankets and a heater that warmed us right up! The neighborhood is quiet so our stay was very relaxing. We didn’t get to use the kayaks because the weather wasn’t the greatest. Overall I would recommend this place. The owners are pretty quiet…no real contact, but I didn’t really need them so that was fine with us.

We really enjoyed this short get-away! The retro mobile home was very nice and exactly as depicted. My family enjoyed the quiet, easy going atmosphere and kayaked many times over the 2 short days.

We are two friends that bought this gem and restored it in 2020. We had a lot of fun doing it and love the results. We really find this to be a fun place to relax and recreate. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
The vintage appeal of this mobile home drew us in. The kitchen is fairly original and we tried to keep the feel of 1950s camper life glamorized by the stars in the late 50s. The community and the pond/lakeside location are wonderful.
