WHAT’S NEARBY
Set in midtown, this condo is near several local restaurants and attractions. If you're itching for a different kind of beach experience than what's outside your door, head 16 and a half miles south to Assateague State Park, where you can relax on the beach next to wild ponies! Of course, no visit to Ocean City is complete without a visit to the boardwalk. Just head over four-and-a-half miles to enjoy the amusement-park-style attractions. When you're ready to relax, there are eateries within blocks of the condo.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved the condo, it was plenty big for two people and everything was great! The location to the beach is unmatched! The deck also was spacious and wonderful. Already considering booking again for next year!

Perfect Beach house!

The actual home is actually nicer than the pictures. The condo looks like it has had a nice little refresh recently. Super clear check in instructions and communication, and home was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The location is the real star here! Step right down to the beach, from a huge deck off the living room. Great place to stay for a couple or a girls trip, we really enjoyed our time here!

Poor Customer Service Reps (CSR)

The place we stayed at was nice and overlooked the ocean. The issue we had was accessing the elevator key. The lock box # provided was not correct. I reached out twice a day, everyday during our stay requesting access to the key, however we never received a key. Instead I received directions on how to use a lock box. Each time I reached out, a new CSR would reach out and I would have to start from scratch. Very frustrating. I even asked for compensation for our inconvenience and was ignored. I will not be staying at a property managed by VACASA again!!!

Ocean City

This was a great place for a couple retreat for a few days. One bedroom and small kitchen makes for a great stay. The back deck provided direct access to the beach, very convenient and the best part of the stay. The deck is oversized and chairs and lounges were provided... that is where we relaxed when not on the beach. Main living area opens out onto the deck. Great place!

Second to None!

Loved the view, loved the Bed, kitchen was very nice, Bathroom was very Small but Everything was Very clean and neighbors were very friendly, Ocean view was Stunning. I do have a few bad experiences with the place, like electric wiring falling off Ceiling I complained so I wasn’t blamed, bathroom was very small, very bad for a Woman to do makeup. Shower was very nice, but this place was very clean and well kept! I left the place better than I came so I don’t understand the cleaning fees almost $300, bummer

My 2 day stay was a nightmare!!!!

When I arrived the bed sheets were ripped. the living area was full of patio furniture in the middle of the floor, due to the access to the deck being broken. So there was no view to the ocean during my entire stay. The room was dark, no sunlight coming through. It was bad. Imagine feeling like you are locked in a basement for 2 days...and paying for it!!!

Great Views - but not the rest

As the title says - great views. That's why we returned. Inexpensive, too. But - everything else is bare bones and worn out. The bathtub drain has been clogged last year, and again this year. The bedroom was very stuffy last year - nothing changed. The range has not been cleaned and got very smokey the first time we used it. Refrigerator handle has been broken. Decent value for the money, great views and access to the beach. Nice neighbors. Bute caveat emptor - you get what you pay for.

Enjoyable Beachfront Condo

Beach accessibility is the best feature here. I would pay what I paid just for this perk. The condo itself is slightly dated. The place could use a dusting and the floor has likely never been mopped. The shower drain was completely clogged when we arrived. Vacasa 24HR maint contact is absolutely useless. Luckily the grocery store down the street is almost always open and had a shelf full of drain, which took care of that minor issue. Good size kitchen for family of 4. Best deck and view. We were also pleasantly surprise to see a family of foxes living just outside the back door. They are completely harmless and could be seen running up and down the beach every morning. My kids absolutely loved it. We would 100% come back here.

great location

The condo had a beautiful large deck right up to the dunes. You could easily walk back and forth from the beach. Only concern would be in the Summer, it only had one air unit in the front and fans for the Bedroom and living space. I would stay here again but not in hottest months.

Great location

We loved staying at this place. Accommodations were just right. The deck was perfect! It’s large and has a fantastic ocean view. The place is also the shortest walk to the beach I have been had. The condo itself is slightly dated and wasn’t cleaned quite as well as some other places I have been in, but it did have everything I needed. It was so nice to have “starter” toiletries, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. we didn’t have to rush to the store as soon as we arrived. There is only AC in the kitchen, but the fans kept the rest of the place comfortable cool. I’d recommend this place to others. Price was very appropriate.

Ocean City weekend

Excellent locations but this is old and not that clean. It needs a new bed and headboard. The blinds were missing pieces and wouldn’t close all the way. The door brings such a breeze at night you need to ensure blinds are closed. There wasn’t a blanket in sight nor would I how used anything in the dirty closets. Linens weren’t soft. Needs to be updated all around.

This is the greatest experience I’ve had on the Beach!

The location was perfect! The room was spotless. For a location with direct access to the Beach, there wasn’t a grain of sand barefoot I could find inside the room or even the deck. There were sealed items (cups utensils scissors tools etc) left over I could use. Management was very receptive and helpful 24 hrs. They had a roku TV for Netflix. The only comments I could say is the bathroom was small and the roku TV wasn’t located in the bedroom. I made a mistake attempting to use booking.com for my reservation. Book with the Villa directly it’s cheaper and they have far better customer service. I wouldn’t book anywhere else at Ocean city, the price is worth it. They have the full experience.
