A great space for co-workers and groups to enjoy a comfortable but modern home that will sleep up to 8 people in this 4 bed house in Port Talbot. Just 2 mins from the M4, Neath Port Talbot Hospital and Aberavon Beach.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes.
Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Not suitable for pets, sorry.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10 AM

Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion, it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
