New Lakefront Luxury Property located within 1/2 hour of Old Orchard Beach & Funtown -Splashtown, Kittery Shopping 30 minutes away. Other local activities include Horseback Riding, Apple & Berry Picking, Public & Private Boat Launch, ATV & Snowmobiling trails, Food Shopping 8.5 miles away, with Skiing 45 minutes away.

Lake Arrowhead is a 1000 acre lake spread over 5 miles and has several small beaches that can be accessed via water or by car. But our property also has it's own little beach.

July 4th week

Booked the house for a week stay for 6 of us, 4 kids under 15 and 2 adults. The house was just as advertised, very clean and updated. The dock and cove area were a perfect spot to spend many hours swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Old Orchard beach is less than an hour away and was a good spot to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend Josef’s place to any family looking for a quiet lake vacation.

Great Week!

We had a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and loved this property. Everything was so clean and well kept. The lake was perfect for our 21 foot boat but also so great for kayaking and paddle boarding since it's in a quiet section. Everyone also had great luck fishing. We'd stay again!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean. Jozef was so incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved the use of the paddle board, kayaks and canoe. We rowed our way over to a small beach and enjoyed the water. My daughter caught some nice fish off the dock. There isn’t much to do in Limerick but less than a hour away are many different activities. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area. All in all we had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here.

Lake Arrowhead August 2021

Our family of six (kids ages 8-12) had a lovely, restful week at this property. The owners were on hand when we arrived to give a quick tour and answer any questions, and were very responsive by text throughout. Our kids waded, swam, and paddled around the lagoon and we went out on multiple family paddling trips into the main lake--including finding multiple lakeside parks with rope swings and swimming holes. We also particularly enjoyed the hammock and fire pit down by the dock. Overall, a lovely spot for a restful, quiet family vacation--especially if your family likes to paddle.

Wonderful!

Took the family up for a week and loved it! The house was beautiful and there was plenty to do. The kids and husband went kayaking several times. The fire pit was great for chilling and looking at the stars. It’s close to Kittery shopping area. We have family that live close by so we were able to meet up with them for dinner. They also had WiFi which was awesome so my husband and I were able to logon to work when needed. I would recommend this property to my friends and family for a nice getaway!

Wonderful private getaway!

We were looking for a quiet, private lakefront location. This property checked all the boxes and delivered. The house is beautiful with a great water view. The weather didn’t cooperate when we were there, so we didn’t end up using the lake as we intended, but having the potential to use the canoe, kayaks and paddleboard is a plus. The surrounding area is super quiet but has some great local food and drink options (Krista’s in Cornish is a gem, Flipping Good has great pizza in Waterboro and Xota and Gneiss are great local breweries). The location allowed us to visit other places within an hour+ drive (Kennebunkport, Old Orchard Beach, Kittery on the Maine Coast and North Conway, NH to the west). Our family enjoyed a relaxing vacation at Jozef’s house, and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had stayed at the property before and we had another wonderful stay. The lake is beautiful and we had access to a canoe for two, two kayaks and a paddle board. . Wonderful fire pit with chairs to hang our and roast s'mores. The house was super comfy, great AC. Spacious living room to watch movies and play games. Great location close to Sebago Lake, Portland and Portsmouth. Jozef is a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
