I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 30 square meters flat, located on the 4th floor with lift and situated in the heart of the 11th district of Paris.
It is perfect for a tourist or professional stay and can accommodate 3 people.
You will stay close to all amenities; and you will be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city!

My flat is charming and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It sleeps 3 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean shower room; and a living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area, where you can enjoy your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

My accommodation is located close to various bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find an "ALDI" and a "Carrefour Market", respectively at 3 minutes and 4 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and discover the tourist sites that make the capital famous!

You will be 8 minutes walk from the Père Lachaise Cemetery, 16 minutes from the Place de la Nation, 23 minutes by metro from the Sacré-Coeur, 35 minutes from the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, 36 minutes from the Pantheon, 29 minutes from the Louvre Museum and 46 minutes from the Eiffel Tower

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
