About this property

Apartment 2-3 pers. with private terrace 150 meters from the beach.

Downstairs is a living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen
Bathroom and shower met, Tollet and sink.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave,
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and
Dinette for 3 persons.

The living room has a modern leather sofa, flat screen
TV with 7 German-speaking digital channels and a
Stereo with CD player. An internet connection and
DvD GERAT exist.

The second floor is areall via a secure wooden staircase.
Here you will find a second man modern Tollet and
a double room with a sink and a sliding door cabinet.

On the same floor are still a single room.

The house also has a cot, highchair and
Paddling. The whole upper floor is send a
Designed linoleum and thus suitable special allergic people.

FEWO Egmond

Wir sind schon mehrmals in diesem Haus gewesen. Es hat uns wie immer gefallen, nur die Dusche ist sehr klein, muss man akzeptieren.

Alles perfekt.

Herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich um all unsere Anliegen perfekt kümmerte. Ferienwohnung: zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig gelegen; sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut gepflegt; sehr schöne und geschützte Terrasse, die bei schönem Wetter draußen zum Verweilen einlädt. Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die sehr saubere Wohnung befindet sich im tadellosen Zustand und ist bestens ausgestattet. Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage der Wohnung. Es ist sehr ruhig, dennoch erreicht man auf kurzem Fußweg das Dünenreservat, den langen Sandstrand und zur Ortsmitte ist es auch nicht weit. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Super Lage

Unser Aufenthalt Ende März 2024 war super! Die Lage war perfekt, nah an dem südlichen Dünengebiet und Strand. Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und ausreichend Platz zu dritt. Parkausweis und Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Maria war sehr hilfsbereit!

Das Wetter hat uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht.

Wenn Maria für das Wetter zuständig gewesen wäre, hätte sie das auch gut hingekriegt! Und wenn man sich einmal mit der steile Treppe und den Waschbecken im Badezimmer ohne warmen Wasser angefreundet hat, dann ist alles gut und gemütlich. Als Pluspunkte : eine 2. Toilette und einen Waschbecken in Obergeschoß. Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Egmond aan Zee. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben einfach toll. Super Lage zum Strand und in der Stadt. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Die Dünen sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und die Vermieterin total nett und herzlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

Traumurlaub

Das Domizil liegt sehr ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte (Küche) an nichts. Zu Fuß ist man in 8 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Ein kleiner Nachteil: die typisch niederländische (Hühner Leiter) - Treppe zur 1. Etage. Für meine Frau, 83 Jahre, war es etwas beschwerlich. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter, ein paar Wolken, sonst pure Sonne, kein einziger Regentropfen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Platz auch fuer die Unterbringung der eigenen Sachen. Ausgezeichnete Kuechenausstattung. Ruhige Lage, wenige Fussminuten zum Strand und direkter Zugang ins Duenengebiet. Sympathische Vermieterin, hat an alles gedacht.

Sauber, modern und gemütlich

Ein gemütliches sehr sauberes und modernes Haus mit einer liebevoll gestalteten Terrasse. Oben befindet sich neben einem Bett mit bequemer Matratze ein weißes großes Waschbecken, was super war, da wir nicht nach unten laufen mussten. Außerdem in einem Nebenraum noch eine kleine Toilette extra oben. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, dass wir sicher nochmal wieder buchen werden , dann zu einer anderen Saison. Im Sommer ist in der schönen Umgebung einiges los gewesen, aber dennoch nicht zu voll. Die Dünenlandschaft und die Nähe des Meeres von der Unterkunft aus, ist es allein schon wert wieder zukommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an eine schöne Zeit.

Traumschön

Wir waren in der Osterzeit für eine Woche hier, die Wohnung ist klein, aber traumschön. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt, die Terrasse ist ein Blumenmeer und die Vermieterin unglaublich freundlich und nett. Am Strand oder in der Stadt ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß - perfekt. Wir würden immer wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
