THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Long Beach is centrical to everything in Panama City Beach. Located in Tower 2, this two bedroom is located in one of the most desired towers. It's beside the Lagoon Pool and the Tiki Bar. The tenth floor offers sweeping views of the gulf, you're able to see for miles.

The entire condo has tile floors throughout the unit. No carpet! The living room offers a sleeper sofa and a love seat. There is a brand new, massive flat screen TV in the living room. The dining room has a dining room table that seats six, with three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances, updated cabinets, and a beautiful backsplash. The owner also installed a large farm style sink. Off the kitchen is a laundry room, which offers a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and huge flat screen TV. The ensuite master bath boosts a double vanity with new fixtures. The master bath has a large garden style tub and shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and another large flat screen TV. Both mattresses, the bedding, and all the bedroom furniture are very high quality. The guest bath offers a double vanity with new fixtures as well. The guest bath also offers a large garden style tub and shower. The large private balcony has also been completely tiled. This unit has a video doorbell.

Great week!
Great unit to stay in. Easy access to beach and pools. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. The unit had everything we needed for the week, Only “complaints” which really weren’t that bad was the master bedroom bed was a little hard for our liking and the unit stayed a little warm at 76°

This is our second time staying at LBR and our second condo with Kim’s Condos. I’m not one to leave reviews but this particular condo we stayed in this time was beautiful but definitely not the cleanest. It for sure needs a deep clean. It was pretty dirty and the towels and washcloths had hair on them from previous people. The showers are hard to get in and out of- especially for my husband who had knee surgery, all of the pillows were not comfortable whatsoever (bring your own), and the TV in one of the rooms had a missing remote. For the price you pay, we just expected more. Besides this, we loved the location and of course the resort is amazing.

The property was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kim is so nice to work with. We will definitely be calling her again. We loved spending our mornings on the balcony and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Thank Kim for a great week!

Kim…it -was great…ty for such an awesome condo!!
We had only one issue, but it was with the TV Iin the second room that I will contact Kim about…otherwise it was the best trip there for a longtime…I have been renting there for aboit 25 years.

Spring break getaway
We escaped Michigan for our first spring break venture to Panama City with our two younger children. After a month of research we were pleased to find this nice, clean and comfy condo! It was so easy to arrive, park and walk right up to our door! (Fast elevators!) The beach or pool was never too busy and the free beach chairs were a bonus! The security was diligent in making sure the rules were followed! It was nice to have a heated pool and beach access along with an easy drive or walk to Walgreens, Walmart, mini golf, Zoo, and restaurants! We recommend C-level and Blue water grill for dinner! Shower towels were provided along with washer/dryer and a stocked kitchen (pots and pans etc), a Keurig (we left a reusable filter for the next guest) or full coffee maker! We would for sure book here again!

Was an awesome condo with an amazing view
The condo was located with an awesome view and it was not a very huge so it was less crowded compared to other massive condo complexes.. Everything was there in condo right from kitchen utensils..however they should have provided some additional shampoo and body wash ..Also garbage bags...I also noticed there wasn't a scissors which was needed .if that could be provided it will be good..The property management was awesome had all issues like TV was addressed quickly and due to bad weather had some of water activities postponed but they quickly extended the stay...Will definitely recommend this property one of the best time we had here... well taken care of and would definitely recommend and hope to get back again...

perfect location and an amazing view
We had a wonderful time and the property was just as described. The views were amazing (wonderful sunset), the location was great and we didn't even need a car (Uber as needed), and the furnishings included all that you would need. We may have been the first rental of the season so there was some dust and a good cleaning beforehand would have been great, but it was NOT dirty. We would definitely return.

Location was great, the room was not clean. There were stains on the floor where something was spilled, counter tops were dirty not wiped off, bathrooms had hair in the shower and all over the floor, when washes clothes white clothes came out with black marks all over them. No extra linens for the sofa sleeper. Had to buy more toilet paper and trash bags because there was not enough for the whole week. We were very disappointed.

Beach getaway
The place was amazing! Just as beautiful as the photos. Balcony was right height for views and able to hear the ocean, but far enough up to silence the activity on the beach. I would love to stay here again! Just wouldn’t do it in March with spring breakers... haha
