Newly remodeled and furnished with colorful flair, it features a fabulous updated kitchen, wet bar, new tile floors, and fresh paint throughout. It’s honestly one of the best condos in the entire complex!

This bright and sunny condo features a west-facing, shaded patio that is perfectly located between two of the Mesquite’s swimming pools. After a swim, fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining, Palm Springs style. Later, relax in the living area which features a cheerful vibe with comfortable seating for enjoying your favorite programs on the large Smart TV. Perfect for entertaining, the dining area and wet bar with wine fridge are just steps away. The elegantly-designed kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances is well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal.

At the end of your perfect desert day, you'll find the primary bedroom features a large King bed with access to the back patio as well as an ensuite bathroom that provides ample closets, lavish vanity, and walk-in shower. Your guests can enjoy the secondary bedroom on the other side of the condo which provides a Queen bed, TV, and access to their own East facing patio. The guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and features a shower/tub combo.

Centrally located in Palm Springs, The Mesquite Country Club is close to many stores and restaurants, and only a short drive to downtown. The desirable Phase 4 is just across the way from the clubhouse and features 5 swimming pools with spas and 2 lighted tennis courts. Life is sweet at the Mesquite Sun Suite!

Winter Getaway

Great location with easy access to downtown Palm Springs and cities down desert. The property had everything we needed. The pool was great! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook!

Great place for a family.

Very clean, well stocked, cutely decorated and as an added bonus we were close to 2 pools as well as several grocery stores/restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable here.
