You'll have access to the entire house, the 1000m2 garden with its barbecue and a lovely, peaceful terrace to relax on.
If you're looking for a green break or want to explore Paris and the surrounding area, our house is ideally located :
. a 10-minute walk from a large leisure park (woods, meadows, ponds) and close to the Sénart forest
. Paris: 40 minutes by RER or car
. Orly airport: 40 minutes by RER or car
. Disneyland : 1h30 by RER or 50mn by car

The large, leafy garden and terrace provide an ideal setting for sharing good times.
Just a 10-minute walk from Draveil town centre, where you'll find all the shops you need, as well as several nice little restaurants that we can recommend.

If you are coming by car, you can park on the street free of charge. The area is residential and there is little traffic apart from local residents.
