Stoney Creek at its best. Wonderful luxury updated 2 BR townhome overlooking the pool. Huge living room and dining area where you can walk right out to the pool. Very large deck to relax and enjoy. Oversize master suite with full bath is on the second floor updated shower and vanity. Guest room has two twin beds with update guest bathroom also. Living area has fold out couch with half bath downstairs. Updated kitchen fully stocked for the chef in the family with washer and dryer next to the kitchen. Walk to Harbourtown restaurants and shops or bike to the beach in Sea Pines. Shuttle runs all day from the Harbourtown to take you directly to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Two car passes and free wifi included.

This property is marketed as “luxury” and “updated”. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this bare bones villa. The only thing that looks remotely updated are the kitchen countertops. Main bathroom tile is dated and DIY. 2nd bathroom tub is from the 80s. The primary bed was awful. We could not sleep and likened it to sleeping on the asphalt pavement outside. On the second night my husband realized that the mattress was UPSIDE DOWN and we flipped it in the middle of the night. The AC does not adequately cool the upstairs without the downstairs being set on 66. There were maybe 3 pieces of wall art/decor in the whole place. No ceiling fans, very dark rooms with inadequate lighting. Affordable and good location are the positive takeaways. We left our vacation early.

Weekend getaway

The property is a bit dated and the front door is hard to work. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbor's TV through the walls. The locations is awesome and it's right next to the pool, which is awesome. I would stay here again.

Great place at Sea Pines.

My family & I had a great stay. Great location with the pool right out the back door. Short walk or bike ride to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again.

Great little condo!

We love Sea Pines and have stayed in several different locations within Sea Pines-this one was super convenient! The location was great and easy to bike/walk to Harbour Town! The only downside was the pool was closed our entire stay, which was a major bummer!!

Beautiful island

The island is gorgeous! This was our first time visiting and we will most definitely rent bikes next time as this seems the best way to travel and have easy access to the beach. The beach was about a 10 min drive from rental. The pool is right outside and that was nice. The place was spacious and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The pictures were a bit deceiving, but for the price it was a good choice.

Outdated property.

Condo wasn't clean, refrigerator had broken shelves and brackets, carpet was dirty and more......It wasn't what we expected. We made it work but will never stay there again.

Convenient and Comfortable

This condominium was very convenient to Harbour Town and many eating establishments. It had lots of comforts of home (ie: washer/dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, tv’s etc.). We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Decent inexpensive stay

Very basic property and good price for proximity to Harbor Town. Bathrooms and kitchen VERY small, and really not appropriate for five people (ok for 4). Kitchen lacked some supplies and the dryer has to be run multiple times per single load. We had to buy a handheld can opener as theirs was broken. Decent for the price, but won’t stay again with family of five—just too cramped and not enough places to sit.
