If you are interested in walking on the beach and relaxing, bring your pet and let us host you. Award winning "Nights of Lights" downtown has been extended through January 26, 2025. The newest restaurant, Fort and River is wonderful and of course, everyone loves Columbia!
This vacation home is located only 3 blocks from the beach on the "no drive" portion of the beach. Completely furnished, private back yard with large deck. Great neighborhood.

Prepared for your St Augustine adventure! Our home is designed with your daily needs. The full kitchen is supplied with all cookware needed to cook or just enjoy coffee with your morning beach walk. There is also a large deck in back where you can relax at the end of your day. The bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet. We have included extras such as vacuum, iron, toaster, blender, crock pot and grill. The bathroom includes shower and tub, towels, hair dryer and complimentary soap and shampoo to begin your stay. The home sleeps 4 comfortably with a full-size futon/bed in the living area. Two sets of linens for each bed are available. We have even included a recliner in the living room. Invite your family or friends for the weekend. There is parking provided for 2 cars. Beautifully landscaped.
TV and Wifi provided. A large refrigerator along with washer and dryer is here to make life easier. Beach chairs, beach towels and bikes are provided. Walk mornings on the beach and visit the historic district during in the evening! Historic St. Augustine is within a 10-minute drive. You can drive into town, ride the Red Train while listening to the history of the oldest town in the US. Order take-out and relax at home watching TV in the evening or sit on the back deck and visit with friends. Privacy you deserve and a slower paced life.
Review: This house was just what we were looking for. A quiet neighborhood. It was in walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. The rear of the home was fenced in for privacy and had a really nice deck furnished with a grill, table, and lounge chairs. The house inside was furnished with everything we needed for a great vacation. The owners Brenda and Steve couldn't have been nicer. This was our second year staying and we plan to go back in the future. You will love it.

We have been in St. Augustine for more than 15 years. Steve is retired Army National Guard. Our love for St. Augustine began while working here before retirement. We began sharing our love for St. Augustine beach by inviting family to town. This home will enable us to share St. Augustine Beach with you! Currently we have 2 homes but it seems like St. Augustine is the main residence. Our other home is in Central Florida where we grew up and our families are still located.
Sitting and walking on the beach in the morning or evening and spending the day with our grandchildren in the sand are our favorite things to do. The walks downtown are also enjoyable. Every time we go downtown we discover a new street or a new food that we have not tried. We love our time in St Augustine and so will you!

So much is packed into this home. Granite countertops, new appliances, remodeled bathroom and large back deck. You will love the comfort of this home especially when you return at the end of the day. The new outside shower is the extra touch that was needed. Rinse off and leave the sand outside!
