About this property

Stay at our cozy Lake House Getaway. This community is made up of people who live here and those that have this as their get a way home. Great View of Lake Livingston, The sunsets and full moons views are down right amazing. You have access to a private dock where you can fish or swim. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has a game room upstairs and a wonderful covered deck that looks out onto the lake. Full kitchen and bathroom down stairs with additional gaming area. We just added a Tournament Quality JOOLA Ping Pong Table and Tournament Quality Dart Board in the Garage.
Boater Friendly - Our Boat Lift is old so we don't allow boats to use the lift, but boaters are welcome to tie off their boats to the dock.

Disclosure the lake can get rough so be very careful about leaving the area while the boat is tied off to dock. We will not be responsible for Damages to your boat. You may be responsible for damage to our dock.

Fun Getaway

This place was perfect for our little couple's weekend getaway. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful sunsets, and fun fishing! The owner was a wonderful communicator and was available at anytime with any questions we had. We hope to be back again!

Cute and clean lake house

Loved this lake house. It’s very clean, so much space. The lake view is amazing, we sat on the chairs down by the lake enjoying the sunset.

Peaceful place to rest

A must stay if you're going to lake Livingston. This house is so peaceful and inviting. The neighborhood is well maintained as well. Our hosts are wonderful as well. The only thing I could say that I didn't like is that we had to leave.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and WELL stocked. Only thing that I would say is that it needs to be mention that it is a two story home. Other than that we lloved it.

Lake Livingston Haven

My family stayed at this property on Lake Livingston while visiting my elderly mother in Livingston. It was the perfect place for a family reunion. The property is spacious and well appointed upstairs and downstairs. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. The kitchen is huge and well lit. The bathrooms are clean and modern with beautiful showers. Beds were super comfortable. There is a sitting room upstairs with TV as well as lovely living room. The heaters kept us cozy and warm in all rooms. The garage features a ping pong table and dart board which we used avidly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Relaxing get away

Very nice relaxing place to get away and enjoy a lake view. Everything you need is available in this house. Will be going back. Host is very nice and helpful. LOVE this place!!

Nice enough place—too many rules

Goods: Nice location good communication with owner. Clean house and plenty of room. Bads: -If a cleaning fee is reqd I should not have to remove sheets and take them to the laundry or take out trash. VRBO fees are ridiculous to begin with, use the money and clean your own house. -The chore list trend of these rentals is a put- off. If a hotel doesn’t ask me to do something you shouldn’t. -Chore lists are not hospitable. -Left boat trailer at ramp overnight out of the way and apparently that wasn’t allowed. No posted signs. If you have rules regarding the use of a amenity those need to be clear. No better way to ruin your relaxing lake day than texts from your host freaking out over something that isn’t inconveniencing anyone or preventing another from utilizing the ramp.

Easter 2022

Beautiful Lake House awesome view of the lake. Easy to fish on the Pier. My son had a blast fishing. He cought 3 catfish. We enjoyed sitting outside around the campfire. The kids had a great time. My brother and sister inlaw and niece had a great time. We will definitely return for another vacation for sure. Thank you for everything Michael.

Great family gathering place!

This was a great, central location to get together with family from Austin, Kingwood And Huntsville. The home was lovely and very nicely decorated. Ample space to spread out. A lot of activities provided but unable to take advantage of due to weather. We hope to visit this great house with fabulous lake front with warmer, drier weather. Owners were a delight to deal with and very responsive.

The property was so nice! Amazing Sunsets. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and even though I overpacked kitchen supplies, there was no need to! The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the fire pit! We would absolutely stay here again! I do wish that check out would have been later than 11. It was a great stay! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway

All of us had a very fun and relaxing time. The fishing was good. The weather was perfect for the grandchildren to swim and the house was very homey. We definitely want to go back
