THE HOUSE:
The amenities have been well thought out so that you will enjoy the comforts of home during your stay. The living room is the perfect place to relax around the fireplace after a fun filled day of skiing or playing in the snow. There is a smart TV so you will be able to access any of your streaming services ( Hulu, Sling, etc). There is an active Netflix account that you are welcome to use.
Whether you require a seamless connection for business purposes or to share your breathtaking photos, our complimentary high-speed Starlink internet will keep you linked at all times. Enjoy blazing speeds averaging 200 mbps, allowing you to browse, stream, and connect with ease during your stay.

KITCHEN
-The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a hearty meal for your group. The cupboards and cabinets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There's bar seating in the kitchen or you can enjoy your meal around the table in the dining area.

LAUNDRY
-Guests have access to a the washer and dryer that are located in the upstairs bedroom/game room. Laundry soap is provided.

BEDROOMS
-1 bedroom on the main floor with a king bed.
-Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed
-Upstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a queen bed on the bottom bunk and a twin xl bed on the top bunk. The laundry area is in this room. You will also find a ping pong table here if you are up for challenging your friends or family!

BATHROOMS
-1 full bathroom on the main floor
-1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor

DECK
-There is a gas grill on the deck as well as extra firewood for the fireplace

*Please note that pets are not allowed due to allergy issues. This is not negotiable.

This is one of the easier homes to access at Georgetown Lake in the winter. People with 2wd or AWD have an easier time accessing this property as there are no steep roads or driveways to access.

This house was in a great quiet location central to Anaconda, Phillipsburg, and Discovery Ski Area. Very clean and very well stocked (especially the kitchen which I really appreciated). Our kids loved the ping pong table and the games. It was the perfect house for our family and we will definitely be back to stay here again!

Very comfortable cabin. Property manager was easy to contact and responded rapidly. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was well stocked and clean. Enjoyed the front porch each evening. Saw deer and moose. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Fun Time

Property has everything you need for family fun. The kitchen has all of the small things like spices and cooking necessities. When I am back in the Georgetown lake area I will for sure plan to stay at this property again.

Perfect place to relax in between games and bbq in the evening

My friends and I play in the annual Anaconda Goosetown softball tournament and this place was everything we needed. Plenty open space and beds. Quiet neighbors and easy to find! Beds were super comfy. I was very impressed to find a first aid kit that came in handy after I slid and scrapped my leg on the field. Everybody was so happy and wants to come back next year !!

Wonderful family vacation!!!

We had a big family vacation with aunts, parents, cousins, etc with a variety of ages. The house had something for everyone. There were an immense amount of board games, outdoor games, and even a ping pong table upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire house was so clean and inviting. The property manager was wonderful to deal with as well. The lake was only a short drive away with beautiful views in every direction. We all truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The house was great for a family gathering. It had an open floor plan, with lots of windows to enjoy the serene views. The house is very new, clean and the bunk room is fantastic for kids. The house was nicely stocked with basic items. The property manager was terrific to work with.

Great place for 2 families!

2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) met for a weekend of skiing. The house was the perfect layout for us. Plenty of space and a nice open layout to enjoy meals together. Great view out every window! Easy access to skiing and kids had a blast playing in the snow outside the house. We’d recommend to others!

Perfect for a family get together

My brother and I and our 2 families had a wonderful stay here. The house is perfect for kids and the set up was welcoming and clean and had everything we needed. I really can’t think of any improvements. Thank you for a great and memorable summer vacation!

Great home away

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, plenty of spices and staples for any meal plus enough extras that you could probably put together a meal from scratch if you forgot to stop at the store. Ample firewood and TP for the next apocalypse. Games, puzzles and enough ping pong balls to keep kids entertainment for days. Of course the requisite moose tromped through the yard in the morning. Great home, thank you for sharing.
