Aspens outside Jackson

Location was convenient. Layout of condo was nice. Lots of helpful information present on arrival. Stairs into condo were a little difficult to navigate. Overall good choice !

Wonderful stay at Grand Teton

The property was as advertised! The living room and kitchen table were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and everything was clean and was in great shape. Soap, kitchen supplies and everything else you could think of was included. The washer/dryer was also an added plus. The only thing and it was minor was that it was a little warm in the evening, before nightfall. There is no AC. I would definitely stay again!

No fitness center or tennis courts open as pictured. The master bedroom has no door, which is a must for families. Had we known the above we would have stayed somewhere else.

Wonderful property in a great location!

After trying to find rentals in Jackson Hole, we realized that Wilson is just a few miles from town. This 2 BR condo was perfect for our family. Very well stocked, nicely decorated, and very quiet. There's a small grocery store within walking distance, the airport is just 25 minutes away, and getting to the park from Moose Wilson Rd. is a straight shot, if you want to avoid driving through Jackson Hole. The kitchen is small, but did not matter at all to us as it had everything we needed! Large comfy Master ensuite' upstairs. We would definitely choose to stay here again! (One small tip...don't lock the deadbolt from inside - it's controlled by the keypad and you will get locked in. Door automatically locks when shut.)

Only discrepancy in listing was “firewood provided” I tried to email vacasa to inform them the upstairs toilet handle will stick and run and the new refrigerator would not get Cold. I liked the place location etc - I am just having a hard time informing vacasa so I put it in their review

Great Location

Property is located between ski resorts and Jackson so easy access to both. Until was well maintained and area was very quiet. If you are expecting a hot tub check with the Teton Sports club to see if they have reopened. They closed Sept 2022 for remodeling and as of Mid-Jan are still closed which was disappointing.

Clean and well equipped

This home was just right for our visit to Grand Tetons National Park. The home was very clean, plenty of towels, cozy blankets and recreation gear (cooler, field chairs) to use. The kitchen is a true “one butt” kitchen and it is modern and very well equipped. We did have some trouble with the cable box and the VACASA customer rep had it fixed right away and even sent over some complimentary fire wood to compensate for the inconvenience. I’m sold on VACASA as my new go to site for vacation rentals because of their customer service. ✔️👍🏼✔️

Wonderful condo

Quiet retreat

What an enjoyable stay at this property in the Aspens. As we drove in, a moose was munching in the commons area. It was very quiet. There was a babbling brook running alongside the unit. The unit was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be leftover smell from the fireplace. By the time we prepared a little food, it went away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this property.

Perfect stay

This lovely place had amenities not listed. I enjoyed having the coffee and creamer there for our next morning. The balcony was a bit dirty but I just wiped the table and chairs down and it was fine. I had brought a fan and cooler, and both were unnecessary. We found a large cooler in the closet and the ceiling fans were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!!!

I rented this condo for me and son’s first trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. It was perfectly located by the Tetons & the Jackson Hole area and not far from Yellowstone. We loved the little creek behind the condo and being able to see the mountains while enjoying breakfast. The condo was very clean except for a few utensils and kitchen tools. But that is the only complaint that I have which I was able to resolve myself. We are already planning a trip back next year. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and will probably book it again in the future.

Ski Jackson Hole

The townhouse was perfect for 2 couples to go skiing. The only thing I would change is a bigger tv for the den area and some instruction on where to take the trash when leaving. I honestly don’t think we should have been responsible for taking trash to cans. It was a lot further away than we realized. Not within walking distance of townhouse. Trash removal needs to be mentioned when checking in with clear instructions on where the cans were.

Smoke in unit

Whenever the downstairs tenants started a fire, our unit would fill with smoke. We could'nt sleep the last two nights because the smoke was so thick. I cannot recommend this unit or Vacasa.

Almost perfect

The unit is clean and spacious as described. Kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances. Washer and dryer are top models and in good operational condition. Unit is conveniently located near Aspen Market and the town of Jackson is a short drive away. we chose to drive to the Ranch lot everyday and take the parking lot shuttle to the slop. It's quite easy. We stayed here during the Christmas week and had a great time. The reason for 4 stars: The first floor family/dining area is a bit drafty. there was always a feel of some cold air coming from some where. I filled the fireplace door gap with kitchen towel, which made it better but not completely resolved the issue. I took off half a star because of this. The other half a star is not on the property but on the management. We arrived early and the unit was ready but we could not get access to the unit until 4pm. We ended up waiting for 2 hours. The phone number I got only connected me to a 800 number with a general help desk at Vacasa who was not very knowledgeable about the unit. On the day of departure, the unit was not rented back to back and our flight was not until afternoon, so we called to ask for a delayed departure by 1 hour, again no flexibility there since the lady on the phone was not local. I'm sure if I could talk to the local management, we could have worked out something. These are just some small suggestions for improvements. Again we had a great time and would rent again.

Nice getaway near Jackson

We were 2 couples and stayed for a long weekend in this 2-bedroom condo, using it as a base to drive to Jackson, Teton National Forest, and the surrounding areas. It's located in a nice little community with a local market and some small eateries within easy walking distance. The second-floor condo is nicely appointed, and we used the wood-burning fireplace every day. The kitchen is narrow but had what we needed. One thing to note is that the hot tub is not as advertised. We expected it to be in the condominium complex, and instead it's actually over at the Teton Sports Club and used by all of their guests. Subsequently, it's a few blocks away and open only when they are. Overall, the lower price of staying in Wilson (and not Jackson) was a good tradeoff for us, since we spent much of our time in other areas hiking and biking. Some of the highlights were renting e-bikes at Pedego; happy hour at StillWest brewery; hiking Jenny Lake and Phelps Lake; driving over the pass; and visiting the galleries and National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson.
