Estate of Mind is a beautifully decorated and landscaped home that boasts numerous popular amenities including a sand volleyball court, a spectacular 3-story cabana overlooking the pool with ocean to sound views, a wet bar, and a hot tub on its mid level; an office with a computer, high speed internet and fax; a tv with dvd or vcr in every bedroom; an intercom system with a built-in cd player providing music throughout the home and pool area; plenty of shade and sun decks and a crow's nest above it for magnificent panoramic views. This home has been newly renovated with captivating luxury vinyl flooring, bright new paint, and welcoming indoor and outdoor furniture!

Ground Level: Features the rec room with big screen TV/DVD, surround sound, pool table, foosball, gas fireplace, and kitchenette with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. You will enjoy the large private pool and cabana with hot tub. There are 2 main bedrooms, each with a Duobunk and a Bunk set and TVs & DVDs.

Mid Level: Has 2 main bedrooms, a King room, a Queen room, a full hall bath and an office with queen sofa bed, a computer with high speed internet, a printer and fax. Decking on 3 sides is accessible from all bedrooms. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players.

Top Level: The beautiful great room with expansive views provides a gas fireplace, an entertainment center with TV/DVD, surround sound, several dining tables to seat the whole crowd, a half bath, and the kitchen with double appliances. There is a main bedroom with TV/DVD and spectacular views are yours from the skydeck located one story above this level!

Things to Know
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Pool heat is not available in July or August.

Lots of room

Great property with an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach! There was lot to do in the area that was just a short distance away...great to see the wild horses on the beach!! This was a quick trip to the beach for my daughters birthday during spring break. Highly recommend this house and plan to stay again!

Lovely Home, Not So Lovely Experience

The home overall was lovely. There was plenty of space with lots to do, and a short walk to the beach. However, my biggest issue was with the lack of cleanliness and the function of certain items within the home. The primary bedrooms jacuzzi jets did not work, nor did the fireplace in the main livingroom. When Vacasa was contacted of the issues I was told a work order was in for the fireplace (this would have been nice to know ahead of arrival) and with no mention of getting the jacuzzi fixed. The hottub contained lots of white particles floating throughout and a nasty substance collected around the water line. Vacasa was contacted and the local hottub people never drained and cleaned the hottub as requested, rendering it unusable.

Thanksgiving vacation.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations perfect for my family size. It was very clean and everything well-maintained. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and a little over a mile from the Currituck lighthouse. It was our first time visiting the area and we were definitely impressed and planning on another trip.

Nice house and location. Kitchen is too small. Hardly anys are dirty and need replacing. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Outside trash cans hadn't been emptied from previous rental.

Spacious Home

The house was spacious, but the kitchen refrigerator needs to be replaced. It is small for a house that size and it has missing and broken shelves so that the food storage is limited.

So much room

I luv this house it was roomy and bathroom in every room with a private balcony. My family really enjoyed the beach 2 minutes away and took portraits on the beach. Our pool and hot tub was serviced while there. Only thing one bedsheets smelled smelly; however, my experience was so good I still give it 4*

Lovely location

The home is in a great area. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved all the beds and bathrooms available. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and foosball table. We could of used some extra toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Just buy some at the store before you come. Otherwise, great location and lovely home.

Loved the home and location!! Short walk to the beach and short drive to the grocery stores. We LOVED THE VOLLEYBALL COURT, HOT TUB AND THE POOL!!! IT WAS A PERFECT SIZE FOR OUR GROUP!! Many fun and PRICELESS MEMORIES were made!! Hoping to return to the area again next year!!

Great family vacation house

The property had everything we needed for a great stay - including a gas grill and plenty of propane for cooking and many types of pots, pans, utensils, etc. The property is well-maintained. Our only issue was that the prior renters did not take out the trash/recycling and despite our repeated requests the management company did nothing. At the least, we needed some empty trash bins to deposit our trash and recycling in.

Fun place to visit

We had to have them come and clean it again when we first arrived. They were very accommodating. We have toilets overflowing and had to call repeatedly. They came out 3 times and finally on the last day got it issue fixed. But we had a great time and the house is in a great location
