Cozy home away from home!
With an awesome location! Quick access to I-35, 45, Circuit of the Americas, HEB, Walmart, hospitals, restaurants, Austin, San Marcos, Hill Country, major employers, and more.

Ranch style 3 bed, 2 bath home. No stairs. Bright and tastefully decorated home with everything you need while away. This is our home part-time, so it has all the necessities. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Full Kitchen, living room, private dining, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and laundry room. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub.
There are three bedrooms, with 1 king and 2 queen beds. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably with these rooms.

Beautiful back deck with pergola, perfect for grilling or enjoying a glass of wine.
We have a wood pellet smoker and a propane gas fireplace for your use, as well as a hammock chair, swing, and adirondack chairs.
I do my best to have wood pellets and a propane tank for your stay. If you need more or they are missing, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot or HEB has more.

EV CARGER - Level 2 charger (NACS wtih J1772 adapter) This is located in the garage, so if you need access please reach out to me for further access to garage.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED! $150 fine+cleaning/repair fees
NO PARTIES!

PETS:
We are very dog friendly, but please let me know when booking if you are bringing a dog. There will be an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. I will request this charge separately after accepting the booking if it was not added during the booking. 2 dog limit, please reach out if you have questions about this.
The yard is fenced.
NO CATS!-I am very allergic.

POOL:
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If this is important for your visit, please reach out to me prior to booking, so I can check on any updates on the pool being open.

COVID CANCELLATIONS- Due to circumstances during this time cancellations due to a COVID diagnosis will NOT be refunded. We encourage you to purchase this platform's insurance to protect yourself in this event.

**The master closet and garage will be locked and not available for use, this is our storage area, as we do live in this home part-time. If you need to store a motorcycle, bicycle, ect. in our garage please reach out.

Amazing and Comfortable!
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Heidi was so easy to communicate with, location was very convenient in a beautiful neighborhood, all aspects were very comfortable and made us feel right at home! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our first choice to stay!

It was very comfortable. We were in Kyle visiting family for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed sheets were the best I have had at a rental. We will definitely stay again.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The owners have provided everything that we needed for a quick vacation to Austin. We will be staying here again when we visit relatives in Austin.

Great floor plan for 3 adults. It’s open and airy, no real clutter about. The beds are comfortable. We stayed there for a wedding at Texas Old Town . It’s about 15 min away. We’d all stay again.

Excellently located large home with perks!
This house was perfect for our trip to Austin for the MotoGP race. It was a 25 min. drive to track and at same time 25 min. Uber ride to downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 5 min. drive. Great backyard with above all a smoker BBQ which was awesome! However, the best part of the review is the quick communication from the owner as well as the property manager. Sometimes there are issues that are beyond owners control, but it's how quickly they respond and deal with the issue that's important. Both Heidi and Kasey were great! I would recommend this place.

Perfect House in Kyle
The house was great - exactly as described and bigger, nicer in person than photos appear online. Having the space to spread out was very nice as well as the laundry room. The deck was probably our favorite part. We were able to hang out with various friends and family members outside and socially distance. Host was also very responsive whenever contacted. I would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay for a month while we transitioned back to the states. This was perfect! It was well stocked, comfortable beds, and a fabulous location for exploring the Austin area.

Great family get away
We loved this house. Beautiful inside and out. Nice neighborhood with a park, walking trail and outdoor gym equipment, a community swimming pool, close to lots of stores. It was great. The rooms were comfortable. We were very thankful for the air conditioning as it was very hot when we were there. We had a lovely family BBQ on the back porch. Heidi was very responsive when I had questions and was a great host. Thank you.
