Fabulous location. Clean etc . Double bed good but other beds uncomfortable. No instructions or information . Banister not safe . Kettle would be good. However we enjoyed our stay in Menton

Dépaysement à Menton
Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce. Même si c'est un peu sportif d'accès, nous avons adoré le quartier, très dépaysant. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour cuisiner et nous l' avons largementexploitée grâce aux excellents produits du marché couvert. Excellente réactivité du propriétaire et de la conciergerie quand nous les avons sollicités. nous avons séjourné 6 nuits sans nous ennuyer un instant.

Emplacement correct proche du centre mais l’accès dans le vieux menton est plutôt sportif surtout avec les valises!! Nous avons séjourné à 5 et les couchages ne sont pas forcément adaptés à des adultes( le lit d’une personne n’a pas de vrai matelas et le canapé convertible est plutôt petit). Les joints de la douche sont moisis et il faut signaler que les terrasse n’est accessible que par la salle de bain. Le logement était propre mais à l’arrivée nous n’avions que des draps pour 3 au lieu de 5. La conciergerie nous en a ramené quelques heures plus tard. Nous avons également signalé à ce dernier qu’une seule plaque de cuisson fonctionnait, il nous a dit qu’il ferait réparer le lendemain, nous attendons toujours… Je pense que ce logement est plutôt indiqué pour 2 ou 3 personnes et qu’il manque quelques précisions dans l’annonce.

Maisonnette centre historique
Joli logement situé dans la vieille ville de Menton à proximité plages et commerces après avoir descendu ou monté nombreuses marches en pas d'ânes..... un peu sportif :) Nous étions une famille de 4 adultes et 1 ado et les couchages dans la mezzanine (futon/lit pour 2 personnes) et la chambre lit 1 personne (pas un vrai matelas mais un matelas de sol sur le sommier) correspondent d'avantage à des couchages pour enfants. Nous avons trouvé une solution avec l'hôte qui répond très rapidement. Présence de 2 ventilateurs sur pied et un climatiseur mobile mais en periode de forte chaleur il fait assez chaud dans le logement (mis à part dans le dressing et la salle de bain). Peut-être faudra t'il prévoir des rideaux/stores et des volets à la fenêtre de la mezzanine et au vélux de toit. Petits cadeaux d'arrivée : bouteille de vin et dosettes de café.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung in einer schönen Gegend
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich weit oben in der Altstadt. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr aufregend, da er durch die schönen Gassen Mentons führt. Die Wohnung kann ich allen empfehlen, die körperlich fit sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt und besitzt bis auf einen Föhn, alles was Sie für den Urlaub benötigen. Reinigungsmittel für Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 3 Personen mittlerer Statur. Das Bett im hauptraum bietet bestenfalls Platz für 1 erwachsene Personen mittlerer Statur und Platz für ein weiteres Kind. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es einen separaten Ankleideraum gibt. Es bietet viel Platz zum verstauen der Kleidung.

We had a wonderful time staying in an old town but in very modern comfortable and cute house.
The communication with owner was fantastic! He was very helpful and explained us all travel and local life details. The apartment itself was clean, equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing mashine, coffee machine, ironing board and iron. A bottle of Italian sparkling was awaiting for us upon arrival. Absolutely great experience! The apartment has 2 levels and from the top one we could experience the greatest view ever and see the nearby church. The sea is about 5 minutes away and the beach is great. Small shops, restaurants, farmer market are just across the beach. Thanks to owner, and in general people and French hospitality are so lovely! Travelling from colder Finland to sunny French Riviera was such an amazing experience!

La location est très sympa et bien située au coeur de la vieille ville de Menton. Le canapé-lit était un peu court pour notre fils 15 ans et plus de 180 cm.
