Lovingly decorated in shades of deep blue and bright yellow mirroring the colors of the ocean and sun, this light and spacious beachfront home has all the features you're dreamin’ of! Awesome ocean views, comfortable furnishings, and lots of extras including an elevator. It’s a dream come true! The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ground Level: Has a large rec room with cocktail table style arcade game, wet bar with full size fridge and ice maker, TV/DVD, movies and books and comfortable seating. There is also a main bedroom with 2 Singles, the laundry and a half bath. Outside you can take in a game of ping pong in the carport.

Mid Level: Offers 2 main bedrooms, both with ocean view, deck access, and TV/DVD; one with whirlpool tub and tiled walk-in shower. There is a Queen main bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access, and a main bedroom with 2 Duobunks with TV/DVD, ocean view and deck access.

Top Level: The great room affords marvelous ocean views from any vantage point and features a gas fireplace, a complete entertainment center, and lots of oversized comfy seating to enjoy it all. The dining table seats 12, the well-equipped kitchen has 2 dishwashers and 4 stools at the counter, while the adjacent sunroom has a smaller table seating 4 and additional oversized seating. Another King main bedroom with single sleep sofa, whirlpool tub and tiled walk-in shower, gas fireplace, TV/DVD deck access and lovely ocean view completes this level.

The best week we have had ever!

The house is huge, clean and in a perfect location steps from the ocean and the resort and directly next to the walkway to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are a bike ride away as well. Best family vacation we have had to date.

Wonderful for family

GREAT view of Atlantic ocean from just about every room. If you are looking for a beautiful sunrise you will see it every morning. Everything was easy. Easy check-in. Easy access to beach. Easy access to stores and restaurants, Easy access to Whalehead historic park for children and Kitty Hawk. Easy, short walk to pool. Great for family, private bath for every room that all had a TV. Large kitchen. Game room downstairs for all to enjoy. Laundry room. We all felt pampered and safe.

Perfect House for Us

We loved our stay. Great view of the ocean. Lot's of room for all of us. Everyone was excited to have their own bathrooms, (it's the small things!). We will definitely be back!

Corolla house

We have rented this house 3 or 4 times over the years and enjoy it each time. There were some minor problems which needed to be addressed. It has a nice location and is very comfortable. The TV set up could use some work as we could not receive local Over The Airways TV stations and the streaming set up was not to our liking. All else was fine.

Dirty dirty dirty

I loved the view, It was amazing! I loved the elevator! I loved that my family came together, but other than that the house was filthy! Dust everywhere, half cut lime in utensil drawer. Floor covered in a white dust from painting. Both dishwasher completely filled. Broken towel rack, toilet paper holder, broken shower in top master, only steaming hot water, broken shower head, we had to go to 2nd floor to shower. Nails sticking out on steps, I don’t think it’s been dusted since last summer. Paint everywhere, floors carpet, table. They sent “someone” to clean…she said she had cleaned already….hair everywhere in the bathrooms. Not only was this beautiful home filthy, Vacasa just didn’t care. The lady took 103 photos of the paint everywhere, but I had to ask to have some come clean, but my 6 year old grandson could have done better. Very unprofessional, and I feel really bad for the owner! Vacasa NEVER called me, I had to call them. Oh they gave me a few dollars refund, maybe because I had to wash bedding before everyone got there because of the paint dust?! I paid over $2000 for basically 3 1/2 days, which I was perfectly happy to do, but arriving and seeing this was disappointing. This was a exhausting vacation from hell. Oh as we played a game we pushed the couch a little back….2 yogurt cups and a toy with a lot of dust. Trust me I have photos. I apologize to my family for such a filthy home.

Very clean

We genuinely enjoy the OBX in the wintertime! Our home was very clean and provided us with a great location. My biggest complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. The mattresses desperately need to be upgraded to allow guests time to relax and get a good night's sleep. The bedroom televisions were smaller than most computer monitors and could also use an upgrade!

Disappointing

We were excited about this home being oceanfront and the views were amazing. For the amount we spent the upkeep on the home should have been better. One of the 2 dishwashers wasn’t working. There were ants in bedrooms and other bugs. The seals for the doors on the main level were bad and the doors didn’t close so we had water coming in. The paint looks like they just rushed and paint was on moldings etc. There was a shower stall that had a hole in the wall. The ping pong table was missing a paddle and the tvs in the bedrooms weren’t working. The blankets were just barely folded in the closets. We did like he location but this home needs TLC. and more silverware also. Thank you.

Great house

Great location, easy to get to the beach!

The property was great, loved the view, and that we couldn’t see the crowded beach over the dunes. It was a very easy walk to get to the beach. The house was great, had everything we needed. There were a couple of maintenance items that should be addressed.

Perfect location

The sights and sounds of this ocean front home were simply amazing!! The kitchen was very well stocked for our family of 11 to enjoy home cooked meals together. The newer floors, and some appliances, were appreciated. We all had a fabulous time enjoying all that the Outer Banks offers from this home base. Because the house was perfectly situated ocean front, with a convenient boardwalk next to it, we didn't let the minor cleanliness and maintenance issues detract from a fabulous vacation.

My family and I really loved the house. It is so comfortable and the upgraded appliances (new washer and dryer and Refridgerator) sure did make a difference. The new flooring is great. You can't beat the ocean front having coffee in the family room we saw dolphins 3 of the 7 days. Amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Overall we had a great experience. The location was perfect and the layout of the house was really nice. Check in itself was very odd. The building at the address had no lights on. I knocked and a women came to the door and seemed very irritated that I was there. She gave very unclear instructions. Other than that the stay was fine

Stunning views, some maintenance required

Gorgeous property with amazing ocean views. The rooms are highly functional and can accommodate 10+ people. However the property has several maintenance issues that include mold inside the house. The outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned. Overall it’s a beautiful place, but not a good value with the maintenance required.
