The property was clean and the perfect size for 7 travelers. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The setting was beautiful and the spot was excellent for our trip.
We had an amazing time at our CMA Rally and enjoyed staying at this property! The beautiful table accompanied many hours of fun and fellowship. We hope to stay again.

When we first walked in you could smell how clean the home was!! The kitchen was amazing and super accommodating for our large family. The ride to the trails was beautiful and peaceful we saw several deer each time. Very happy with our stay!!
This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely go back if it available. Large well stocked kitchen and a huge dining room table made I perfect for our large family gathering.
We come once a year as a family trip to ride the trails in Arkansas and this house was in a perfect location with just the right amount of space and a beautiful yard for the kids to run around. We were also able to see the fireworks that went off for the Jubilee they had going on around the corner. Beautiful home!
My family and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property we had plenty of space bedrooms and bathrooms Lisa the property manager is very king and helpful
Very nice place perfect for my family meeting from different states. Kitchen was perfect to prepare food to take to our family reunion. Loved the set up of the house.

We enjoyed being with family and friends in the home. It was large enough to accommodate our large group. We were able to leave from the house on our ATVs and ride to the trail system.
The kitchen was not clean.
The stovetop and dishes were dirty.
And visible mouse traps
There was mouse poop in the kitchen
The dryer made a horrible noise
The directions that were given was not friendly.
Lots of beds with three bathrooms. Very large refrigerator/freezer and kitchen sink. Nice stove. Large yard. Big dining table that was great for games. Everything worked well and was very clean.
This is a very spacious rental. We loved the suite upstairs that gave us some private space when needed. Very large open layout for big family gatherings. Commercial style kitchen helps facilitate large gatherings. Wi-Fi worked great. Very quiet neighborhood. Access to atv trails without trailering. TV's were great to gather around at night for movies. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was absolutely great and helpful... Will definitely make this a yearly trip if possible.
Friends of my family from my days in the military live in Tennessee. We live in Fort Worth Texas. This is a great half way meet up spot. Our kids were born at the same time and had a great time with board games, this was an awesome spot to spend time with everyone. House was very clean, nice location. We spent alot of time on the trails. We'll definitely try to come back.
Great house with plenty of room for multiple people. Very nice and clean. Love that we were able to ride side by sides from the house to the trails. Will definitely come back again.
We rented this property because we wanted a nice place big enough for 4-5 couples wanting to ride out to OHV trails instead of having to trailer to trails. We were not disappointed! The house and parking was awesome with plenty of room for trucks, trailers and folks. The house was very nice, roomy and well furnished with all the amenities you need and more. The town of Hatfield and all the residents we came in contact with were very welcoming and friendly. We found that trails off of Polk County roads were just as or more rewarding than the Nat'l Forrest. Great Stay and highly recommended. Thank you Lisa!
