Upon entering this elegant 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom, 3400 square foot condo, you will instantly feel the tranquility of the Sanctuary by the Sea.
A media room, travertine floors, Viking appliances, granite countertops, steam shower, jacuzzi tub, and private gulf view balcony guarantee that you will never want to leave the condo. However, when you do venture out, you will enjoy a beautifully maintained property with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, seasonal fire pits, a fitness center, clubhouse, and much more!
Sanctuary by the Sea offers guests access to Big Redfish Lake, where you can go fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Most impressive is the private beach access which ensures you will never have to battle the crowds of the public beaches. Included in the rental of our unit is complimentary beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella). Sanctuary by the Sea has an exclusive contract with La Dolce Vita rental company for rental of additional beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. Please check out their website for more information, www.ldvbeach.com. Within walking distance is Grayton Beach State Park where you will find endless walking and bike trails.

Perfect for our family beach trip
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The accommodations were beautiful and amenities were top notch. The location was perfect as well and not overly crowded like some areas on 30A. It was an A+ week all around!

AMAZING week
This is our second time staying in this unit. We LOVE everything about it. So roomy, well stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, huge balcony!! And our favorite part is the private beach. It’s a short walk down the boardwalk and it’s never been crowded when we have been there !!

Absolutely loved the condo. It was well-equipped. The only draw back was the limited hours at the pool. It closed by 7:30 PM!

Gorgeous condo
We loved this condo. It was so well stocked and they also had extra items like toothbrushes if you forgot yours. The views were amazing and it was so nice to be right on the beach. Our kids also really enjoyed the lakeside. The pools were very clean and we enjoyed hanging out there as well.

Great vacation
This was our second time at Sanctuary by the Sea. It is the best place I have found on the panhandle. The condo unit 3111 was perfect for three family’s. The bedrooms are separated enough to give everyone privacy. The unit is nicely furnished and in great condition. The three king size beds are top notch and we all slept great.

Fantastic Condo
My family had a great time at this condo. The condo had more than enough space for my famliy of 4. This place would easily accomodate additional family or friends. Well docorated and had great views from the balcony. We enjoyed the huge master bedroom and bathroom (the bed slept great). Kids really enjoyed the media room on the few rainy afternoons. Perfect location between Grayton and Santa Rosa. One of the things we really like is the huge beachfront and privacy added by being next to Grayton Beach State Park. Being able to walk to the beach and have reserved beach chairs and umbrella was fantastic as well. Tracy responded very quickly to the few questions we had. We'd definitely rent this beautiful condo again and hope to return soon. Highly recommended

HOA doesn’t measure up to 5-Star Owner
This unit is everything you could possibly need- enough space to spread out with our group of 7, very well stocked, beautiful views and a wonderful host! Tracy was super responsive and addressed all of our questions and needs. This complex, in general, is well kept and offers two pool areas to choose from and the umbrella service was a great bonus. If you are looking for a quiet, low key complex this one has lots of measures in place to ensure the serenity.

Family beach vacay
We have vacationed in the summer on 30a for several years. This property and unit is our favorite. We loved this very spacious and well stocked condo! We had beautiful pool, lake, and beach views, workout facility, Waking/biking trail, beach chairs and umbrella…everything was perfect for our active family. We hope to return again next summer.

This property is awesome. We had 3 couples and a single and everyone was very comfortable. Location in the complex is great and there is easy beach access. Condo is beautiful.The owner was very helpful prior to arrival answering questions. We will book this property again!

Great Family Vacation!
Condo was nice and spacious with great family areas and privacy when needed! All furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing! We enjoyed the elevator accessibility and the easy walk to the pool area! We loved the large balcony and great views of the Gulf and Redfish Lake! Stunning ocean views
This property is beautifully decorated and best of all it has amazing views of the ocean!! We have stayed in This area for many years and this unit is one of our favorites yet! The rooms are very spacious and the movie room was a fantastic addition. The property owner was very attentive and easy to work with. We look forward to staying again!!

We enjoyed our week at this resort. It had everything we needed. The family had movie night every night in the theater room. The view was spectacular and we hardly left the resort. So relaxing and gun at the beach and pool. We will be back!!!

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Stay!
Walking into this condo after a very long drive, we were in awe at how beautiful it was. From the rooms to the view, the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful views of the beach and pool. It had everything we needed, even towels, which I forgot. The cleanliness of the condo and property was spot on and access to the private beach was easy. The property staff were also very friendly. Even being outside of Destin, there are lots of eateries and such nearby. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Blue Mountain Sanctuary
Sanctuary by the Sea is a secure, very well maintained, family friendly property. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Our unit #3110 was clean, spacious, and included high quality upgrades everywhere. A/C, hot water, bed comfort all great. Loved it!!!

Family Wedding
My family stayed in the Rodriguez property for my nephew’s wedding. Our group included members of the wedding party. At the last minute plans changed and the groom got ready in our condo. Several of his friends came by. The condo is very spacious, large balcony and kitchen well stocked. We were able to order food at last minute for those coming by, find serving platters in the kitchen, bar tools, and enough wine glasses for a group to toast the groom. The in-house ice maker and wine cellar room was a plus. The videographer and photographer came by. The decor and natural light made beautiful backdrops for pictures. The special touches in the condo, candles, ample towels, extra toiletries for the 20 something year olds who forget their toothpaste and shampoo and many other things will keep us coming back. And don’t forget the steam shower! I had to make a sign up sheet to ensure so I would know who and when someone was in my bathroom. The location of Sanctuary by the Sea is in the middle of everything yet quiet and tucked away. We have found our new location and will definitely be back! Thank you Tracy for your responsiveness and allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

Perfect family getaway
Sanctuary by the Sea was the perfect last minute getaway for our two families. Tracey, the owner, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The rental was big, beautiful, well-equipped, and the views from the balconies provided the best of both the pool and the private beach. The pictures from the listing do not do the unit or the views justice! The area of Santa Rosa is calmer and quieter from your typical 30A experience, and this was perfect for our families. A quick 10 minute drive will take you into more active areas such as Seaside and Watercolor, so there is always plenty to do and see. Thank you for a fantastic stay and hope to be back soon!
