About this property

This is our families home away from home and always a relaxing getaway for us to enjoy. Our house is perfect for families and we are always a phone call away to help out. We have all the essentials you need for your getaway. The king & queen bedrooms are equipped with brand new Nectar mattresses (purchased in summer '21) and the 3rd bedroom is great for kids (trundle bunk beds) and can easily fit a crib or another air mattress if needed. Wifi and SmartTV to connect to all your streaming subscriptions. The kitchen is open and great for entertaining and you can be in clear view to watch your kids playing in the living room. Outdoor is set up with a grill, dining table and outdoor patio. Outdoor shower installed in 2021.

This is not a house intended for bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Beautiful home and area

This was my first ever VRBO booking. The home was as described and in a beautiful beach neighborhood. We felt safe and had lots of things we could do. Close to golf course and beach. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill. Very nice deck and backyard. Bring mosquito spray! Host was welcoming and responsible. Highly Recommend. W&S Smith from Virginia

Relaxing!

We had 1 thing we wanted to do on our vacation, relax. This cozy, inviting place centered on a low key island was perfect. Great kitchen to prepare our daily meals when not going out to the various eateries. We spent our days at beach, just a few blicks away and when at home were able to relax as there is not much upkeep. This place completely delivered.

Perfect for families with young kids

The layout and set up of the house was ideal for young kids (6 year old and 2 year old). They were able to roam around freely and I was not worried they could cause trouble! The house came stocked with plenty toys so the kids were always entertained. Being close to Atlantic City also provided the grown-ups (aka grandparents) something fun to do. The owners were very attentive and were quick to respond to any questions. The house was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great Family Space

The location is quiet and nice. It's close to a beach that didn't get too crowded. The house is really nice. The master bedroom was comfortable (the bed is extremely comfy!). I have two young children (4 and 3) and they stayed in the room with bunk beds. There is a pull-out trundle under the bunk which they used instead of the top bunk. We had our dog there as well and he was very comfortable at the house. The kitchen is huge and the living space pleasant. The outside space is great for playing with the kids and the dog! The owner was very kind and responsive. We had several questions that he answered right away in a very friendly manner. Highly recommend.

Great family house near the beach

I stayed here in June 2022 with my family (daughter 2 y/o, wife, my wife's mom and dad, and dog) and had a wonderful time. The house literally has everything you need for a nice vacation near the beach. For kids, they have bunk beds, trundle beds, and a pack and play (for babies) all situated in a very welcoming "kids room". Additionally, the house came with a whole bunch of toys for the kiddos to play with, both at the house and on the beach. For the adults, the house came with all of the necessities for a beach trip such as beach tags, chairs, towels, coolers, and a beach trolly to get things to and from. What I was impressed with was that this house had all of the little things you tend to forget about when packing for a week-long trip i.e. olive oil, coffee filters, koozies, laundry detergent, etc. While there is a grocery store close by this made our lives easier and we were able to spend more time together as a family. As far as check-in, check-out, and general communication are concerned - it was a breeze. The owner was responsive and made everything very easy for us. He also left a great welcome packet for us upon arrival with clear instructions and suggestions for things to do in case of bad weather. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would stay here again.

Great Quiet and Clean

The home was beautifully updated and maintained. A nice quiet street only a 2 min drive to the beach. Backyard was great for what we were looking for. Private, fenced in with a BBQ and nice lighting for relaxing night under the stars.

Nice getaway spot

Brigantine is a nice, quiet town about 12 min away from Atlantic City. We were there for a soccer tournament at the convention center and it was great to get away from the busy AC area in this home. Modernized and updated home, has a driveway but street parking is available. Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath…the whole set up was nice. It’s definitely a keeper for us.
