A lodge feel with eclectic decor that is perfect for a family or group of friends needing an escape or a launch point for adventures. Two decks and a large lawn offer space to play or relax. House can sleep up to eight, although the upstairs bedrooms are smaller with sloped ceilings. This is not a house for those looking for newly renovated luxe surroundings. Located 20 minutes from the Catskill mountains, 15 minutes from Hudson, 20 minutes from Rhinebeck and 25 minutes from Kingston. World famous Gaskins restaurant is a mere 5 minutes away in the Germantown center. The Germantown boat launch is less than a mile away on the banks of the Hudson river. Amtrak stations in nearby Hudson and Rhinecliff make picking up visitors very convenient.
