Adorable updated house

We came to Colorado for a basketball tournament. This is an older house that has been completely updated!! We loved all the character and charm. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to Main St, Peaches, Wine and MTBing

This was a kid-friendly home with toys, large ranch home floorspace, and a fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the location because we're between Palisade and Fruita/Loma which we visited for fruit picking, wine tasting and MTB trails, but also near downtown GJ for restaurants.

Great Stay with some out-of-town friends

We wanted to do the Colorado Western Slope with some old friends from Michigan. Great stay! The place was perfect and exactly as described. Easy access to all of Grand Junction and Colorado National Monument. We visited a couple of wineries too. Breakfasts in the kitchen, grilled a couple meals outside on the grill. Spent mornings and evenings on the great back patio. Lots of great shade!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for the 5 us. All the spaces were comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was so peaceful for the adults and lovely for our son to run around in. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood which was quiet and close to downtown, wineries and colorado monument. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Spring time in GJ

Well decorated, lovely, clean in great neighborhoods

We loved this rental! Great part of town near shops and restaurants. The house had personal touches everywhere. Spacious kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the master suite being somewhat separate from the other two bedrooms.

Laurelwood adventure

I had a great stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Housekeeping what other day was a good balance. The listing did not make a big deal about the Laurelwood being ski-in ski-out which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tubs were good and the LW is conveniently close to the Edge restaurant if one wants to dinner out. The kitchen was OK for simple mountain cooking. The sleeping arrangements would be ideal for a small family with two same gender kids. Or two couples who are good friends and used to relatively intimate sleeping arrangements. The sofabed need

Nice, clean home close to CMU

The house was great, very clean and plenty of room for my family. The yard is great as well, even though it was cold when we were there. Very close to CMU which made is convenient for us since we were there for a swim meet. We'd love to rent it again in the summer so we could get out in the back yard. We would definitely rent this house again.

Graduation Trip

Perfect for being in town with family for daughters college graduation! I was worried about glass shelf in master bath looked like it would fall. Could use a few more hooks to hang wet towels behind door in master bath. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to GJ! Lovely decor and super clean!
