Inside, you'll have lots of space for friends and family to spread out and spend time together. The well-equipped, galley kitchen is ready to help you prepare cost-saving meals at home. Dine together at the adjacent table for four, or enjoy meals out on the furnished, screened-in balcony. This vacation rental also includes a comfortable living area with a sofabed and a flatscreen TV and there is also a desk and chair in the main bedroom, perfect for those Zoom calls. On-site, guests will have their pick of resort amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, sports courts, a picnic area, gas grills, and a fitness room.

Great get away!!

Everyone is incredibly friendly. Great pool. Beautiful scenery. Our room had a few of past guests leftover beach chairs/toys & we were glad we didn’t have to go buy any! Loved everything about this place. Planning on staying again!

Very nice pool and waterfall. Lots of room in the unit. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. The floors were dusty. The property and restaurant were very lovely!

Great location

Great location but property and unit still in progress of being fixed. Challenge with amenities in apartment not working. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everything and property management firm was responsive.

Construction and no elevator

Condo is on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator available for the duration of our stay. We had to lug all of our suitcases up and down the stairs. The hot tub was closed and half of the complex was under construction with daily noise.

Great area in Naples

This resort is undergoing some construction, rebarring and lanai replacements, so a bit noisy. However, it is a pretty spot with a nice pool and a great restaurant. Inside of our unit was clean, but furniture old and uncomfortable. Drawers opened on their own in dressers, a bit dangerous. Lanai was large but very tired, holes in screens and a chaise lounge that needed covers changed 5 years ago. My fav thing about spot was you could walk to Clam Pass, to groceries and to great shopping and restaurants.

Nice little place!

Plenty of room to move around…had everything we needed. A good amount of dust, but could have been from the ongoing construction on premise. Very easy check in and check out…super nice people!

If you need an elevator do Ny stay here

My hubby has mobility issues and I was assured that booking a third floor apartment would not be a problem. The first half of our stay the elevator kept going out every day. Kept calling the front desk to report it and then it was fixed and then would break the next day. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not work

Not great from the start.

Air conditioning was broken upon arrival - we slept in 86 degrees. Was supposed to be fixed the first night but then no one showed up. Was supposed to be fixed the next am and no one showed up until early afternoon when temp hit 88 degrees in there. TV in master was not operational. Took them until Wednesday to try a new remote which also didn’t work. Ants in the kitchen and the shower curtain in master bath was moldy.

Great location!

We had a great time using the pool and the sand goodies that they had in the closet for guests. The unit was well set up for guests and families. We had a great time. Only complaint was cleanliness, it was acceptable, I scrubbed the front of the cabinets in the kitchen and the door handles as they were visibly grubby. The Towels are also colored and kept in the closet, don't appear to be bleached. Covid probably heightened my concern about these things.

Very nice

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the resort. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is heated to 89 degree, the hot tub is about 102, 103 although needs some repairs- several tiles are missing from around the edges, not a huge deal though. The actual condo was nice. There are a few things that would have been nice to have like trash bags for kitchen and bathrooms, since there are 2 bathrooms, 2 hair dryers would be nice (there is only one and it’s an old sunbeam that is screwed to the wall). This unit did have 1 beach chair and a couple sand toys. They also have multiple umbrellas and a stroller if needed. Most condos we have rented do have at least 2 beach chairs and a cooler for guests to use as well. Overall great location.
