Perfect getaway for a single or couple wanting to be 'in the woods', close to the river and mountains. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Nice, small outdoor patio area looking out to the national forest. The room was great, the resort is a little dated but appears to be in the process of getting updated.

Great condo and facility

Condo was nice, clean, and everything worked. We love Seventh Mountain, very kid friendly and easy drive in to Bend for fun. My only gripe is the leather furniture is showing its age, but that’s it.

A gem for a small family o group

Very good location close to hiking trails, fun activities and the town as well. The resort offers several activities to enjoy. Laundry facilities available. The apartment is fully loaded with towels, blankets, pool towels, and the kitchen is packed with everything you need if you want to cook a full meal.

Needs cosmetic work as well repairs and a good cleaning

Nice enough for the money but.. half the outlets didn't work, there was mildew in both showers, our reservation was not in the resorts records so they went off my confirmation email and then we had to go back and get another set of keys for the late checkout we paid for. No instructions or pool bracelets at the house. Main TV did not work because the hdmi cable was broken. Outlets in the kitchen has wires sticking out with just electrical tape on them. The bed was far too soft and sounded like the bed frame was broken everytime you move. The resort is awesome.. this individual property and its management company need alot of work.

Cheapest place on the resort and it shows

The place was beautiful but you could tell the cleaning staff didn't care because there were lots of small things like the toliet paper holder was hanging off the wall and there were bathrooms trash can but they were all put away under the sink. The drain stopper in master bath wasn't screwed in. Just small silly stuff that didn't make sense. Also the back-door was wide open when we walked in leaving the place full of mothes. And come to find out it won't stay shut unless its locked. The toaster didn't work. There were lots of light switches but none were labeled. One switch was to the electricity to the electric couch and lamp. No paper towels only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. The bed frame was messed up, like if you sat on the foot of the bed you would feel it crunch below you. The place was pretty and decent but with all of the small inconveniences we would have paid a little more for a different place.

Disappointing

The Good: This is an updated unit with high end finishes throughout. The Bad: Both beds are extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The leather chair in the living room is worn out, and needs to be replaced. When we arrived the unit wreaked of stale bacon grease and it was filthy. The stove was caked in grease and so was the floor around it. The floors hadn’t been mopped and were full of dirt and crumbs. Some of the trashes weren’t emptied prior to our arrival. The glass in the fireplace was so dirty you could barely see through it. The leather furniture has nastiness all over it and we had to wipe it down before using. I called Vacasa’s customer support line and spoke to someone who forwarded my concerns to the local manager who reached out. She was able to send someone to clean the unit later that day which was appreciated. But these are all things that we shouldn’t have had to deal with upon check, especially given how much we were charged for the “cleaning fee.”

There are no working outlets in the kitchen. The repair man (who was very nice and helpful) brought use a small extension cord to pull in small appliances. There are two outlets under the cabinets, but they do not work.

Great location, nice place

We had a great visit, celebrated a late Xmas with my son who moved to Bend. Only slight criticism, very limited outlets in kitchen. Murphy bed was comfy. Enjoyed hot tub in the snow!

Look for a different unit

First of all the rooms were not clean. Floors and counters/other surfaces were filthy. I had to search for enough pillows, towels etc. wasn’t provided enough toilet paper, Kleenex, no where to plug anything into in the kitchen so we had to make coffee in the bathroom. Lights were burned out above both bathroom sinks. Overall the condo was not well appointed, it’s a mini stove/dishwasher/refrigerator and there is only cable, no smart TVs or DVD player. There’s also a wood burning fireplace however you must provide your own duraflame logs. Furniture is trashed and there are no good tables to play games at. Very sub par rental. We will not be renting this unit again. The man in charge of the cleaner was very kind when I called to complain, he credited us the cleaning fee but couldn’t get anyone to come out to clean. I ended up cleaning the unit/ floors myself. Not my idea of a good time.

Peaceful Retreat

Plenty of room and comfort in this beautiful condo! The deck looks out into the forest providing a great setting for dinner each night. The kitchen is well equipped so leave your own supplies at home. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great unit. Small but comfy for family of 4. Amazing amenities and location. No working outlets in the kitchen, so that was tough/annoying. Work around was using the coffee pot and toaster in the bedroom. I emailed Vacasa right away to let them know. They responded that they’d be looking into this but I never heard from them so that is why I’m only giving 4 stars.

Ride from condo to trails, yes!

Nice condo, private patio. MTB ride to the trails from the condo, excellent! The only ding would be you can hear your neighbors when they are moving around above you. However, still, a beautiful spot.
