CMD294 · Your Mountain Modern Vacation Home is Waiting!

PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd bedroom is loft-area with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed. It is off of the second bedroom, with no door in between. The Loft Area also looks over into the living room. We have traditionally advertised this as 2 bedroom; however, there was no way of showing that there is another room with a twin over full bunk if we continue to do that. Please be prepared that the Loft Area Twin over Full Bedroom is open, and does not provide as much privacy. It also is not suitable for young children.

This beautiful mountain modern home is the perfect place for your next great ski vacation! Recently remodeled, and featuring all new appliances, carpets, and furniture throughout, you can rest assured you are in the lap of luxury when you return from a long day on the mountain. Located on Park City's Free Bus route, you are just a quick trip to the base of the notoriously phenomenal terrain of Park City Mountain Resort. Make this your home away from home!

When you walk in, you immediately enter a hallway that leads upstairs. This is the perfect place to stash your skis, snowboards, gear and shoes! From there, you'll venture upstairs, and into the indoor breezeway. Turn right, and you're in the Master bedroom and bathroom. Step out onto your master patio to enjoy the views, and a good cup of morning joe.

Turn left, and you'll walk through the airy and bright hallway to the dining room, kitchen and living room areas. All recently remodeled to perfection.
In the living room, enjoy a real fire in the wood burning fireplace while you kick up your feet, and relax.

One more set of stairs off the living room takes you up to the second bedroom, featuring a king sized bed, and views of the mountain.
Just off the upstairs guest bathroom is a loft area.

The loft area is basically a 3rd bedroom, and boasts a twin over full bunk bed; the loft overlooks the living room area.

To top it all off, there is a common area hot tub, and pool that are open year round!

Come and enjoy everything this ideal ski condo has to offer.

Things to note BEFORE booking!

Summer renters: There is NO A/C. In Park City, A/C is rare, so be sure you are looking for a rental with A/C if that is important to you :)

Please note, while WiFi is plenty good enough, we can get interference being in Old Town. The cable wires were run long ago. So if you plan on having multiple devices on Zoom at once, for long periods of time, this may not be the best condo for you. We understand that sometimes on vacation, duty unfortunately calls. And there is plenty of WiFi to get you through your average work day, but I personally would not recommend it for too long :) It's important to note we haven't gotten any complaints about this, but I am speaking from personal experience running a property management company in Old Town for 10+ years. For your reference, the Master Bedroom on the first level has the weakest signal, while the living room/kitchen area has the best signal for working.

Hot Water - there is a big hot water heater! However, if 6 people are trying to take long showers at once, it won't last. So please note, if you are a party of 6, you will likely need to spread out your showers.

Bunk Bed - The bunk bed upstairs does not have railings, and is therefore not suitable for young children.

I will be available any time, day or night, via my cell (texts too!). However, I will respect your space, health, and your vacation, and limit any in-person interaction to the necessities. If you need anything, I'm just a phone call away.

Located directly on the golf course, the neighborhood is centered around outdoor activity and fun! Everyone is respectful and kind, so we ask that you return the gesture.
Furthermore, the condo is located across the street from the grocery store, and Starbucks! Get your mocha latte if regular coffee's just not doing it :)

Car or no car, you will not have any trouble getting around. Not only is the condo centrally located, Uber/Lyft are ever-present in Park City. Combined with the free local bus system, you'll be able to get from place to place with ease. However, if you do bring a car, there is one covered carport parking space for you! Please minimize to one car, as parking in Park City is hard to come by!

Excellent stay.
The space where the apartment is located is very good location, close (walking) to supermarket, pharmacy. It is located near multiple activities, in our case in summer, but in winter it has access to the ski center by walking 3 minutes. It is a spacious apartment with amenities for this type of vacation. Good communication with Rachel! Everything was very nice.
