Spend the holidays in the countryside and at the same time staying close to downtown that you can in this 2006 newly built 2-bedroom apartment (65 m²) in country woman with large south facing terrace and direct access to pool and garden.

The modern apartment has a living room with two sofa beds, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom (shower / WC, with window). The bedroom and the living room are covered with parquet and oriented towards the garden. From there you can reach each directly into the spacious outdoor area that you can use together with the landlords with. Garden, terrace and pool invite you to linger. There you can enjoy in modern garden furniture for sunbathing, swimming, table tennis and a barbecue.

Wonderful apartment and hosts

The apartment is very nice - clean, modern and functional. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The patio and view into the large and lovely garden and the pool is great. Birds singing all day is enchanting. The hosts are incredibly nice, warm, helpful and friendly. We got fresh flowers from the garden, and a bus pass on weekends. It is very well located with good access to town center (by bus), grocery stores and the university and vineyards.We will look for dates later this year to come back.

Wonderful location for a summer sabbatical

We enjoyed a wonderful two months at this apartment, which is nicely situated between the 'newer' Am Hubland University of Wuerzburg above and the city center below. Each is about a 20 minute walk and also easily accessible by bus. The Gastgeberfamilie live upstairs and were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They gave great tips on hiking and sightseeing in the area. The apartment is lovely, modern, and clean, and opens out on to the pool area just as pictured. It is on a relatively busy street almost across from a little bakery. The apartment itself is in the back of the building, facing the quiet and scenic garden. We had plenty of room for a family of four including two teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Große Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet, schöne Terrasse, Pool konnte wegen der Jahreszeit noch nicht benutzt werden. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!!!

Schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Alles war wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter da und konnten sogar einiges an Babyzubehör ausleihen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr ansprechende Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühleffekt

Geräumige und ansprechend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zur Universität. Die Küche ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Des weiteren sind Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden. Das Highlight war der schöne Pool, welcher bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur einfach perfekt ist.

Ein kleines Paradies

Die tolle Lage in Würzburg, alles schnell zu erreichen. Vor allem die super freundlichen Vermieter. Der Pool und die schöne Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Den nächsten Urlaub verbringen wir sehr gerne wieder in der hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Wir wurden von den Vermietern herzlichen empfangen und auch sonst standen Sie uns immer gerne bei Fragen oder Tipps zur Seite. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hat eine grosszügige Terrasse und einen tollen Pool zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen - was nicht nur bei unseren Kindern sehr gut ankam. Die Wohnung ist gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland und zur Stadtbesichtigung geeignet.

Besser geht´s nicht

Lesen Sie alle vorherigen Bewertungen - sie stimmen voll und ganz. Ein außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilsbereites Ehepaar wird Sie empfangen. Die Wohnung und besonders die Terrasse, der sehr gepflegte Garten und der Pool sind toll . Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr,sehr gut ausgestattet (sogar ein Eierpicker war vorhanden).Es gab Gewürze,Tee... und die ersten Getränke. Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig geschlafen. Es war für uns ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir möchten Fam. Taubert recht herzlich, für die wundervollen Tage bei Ihnen, danken.

Perfekte Wohnung

Alles an Ausstattung da was man sich nur wünschen kann. Sehr schöne Lage, kurzer Weg vom WZ oder SZ zum Pool, sehr nette Vermieter. Die Stadt selbst bietet sehr schöne Ziele / Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen.

Erholsame Tage in Wuerzburg

Sehr schoene Wohnung, reizende Vermieter. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Nützlich waere aus Transparenzgruenden eine Klarstellung in der Objektbeschreibung, dass Pool und Terrasse auch von den Vermietern und ihren privaten Gaesten genutzt werden.

Perfect place to stay in Wurzburg.

We had a fantastic time staying in this absolutely lovely and spacious holiday flat. Sigrid and Rudolf are very welcoming and accommodating and we felt like we could make ourselves at home straightaway. The flat is really lovely, clean and really spacious - more spacious than I had thought from looking at the photos. Stepping from the living room (where 4 kids/teenagers slept very well) or from the bedroom straight out onto the big decking and having breakfast/meals in the garden was bliss. The kids also had great fun playing table tennis and badminton in the lovely garden. We easily walked down to the city centre of Würzburg- about 15 min. walk- and there are 2 supermarkets nearby situated in a small shopping area. The kitchen has all the essential utensils and equipment, - even a mixer so I could make a cake:-) There is free parking on the street and always a parking space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend Sigrid and Rudolf's holiday flat as a great base to explore Würzburg and the surrounding area or to just relax by the pool.

Super schöne große moderne Wohnung... Es hat an nicht's gefehlt.. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wohnung ist auch per Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wie zuhause

Von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen fühlten wir uns in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung wie in einem zweiten Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, licht und modern eingerichtet. Die einladende Terrasse mit vorgelagertem Pool blickt nach Südwesten. Eine Bushaltestelle (Fahrzeit ins Zentrum von Würzburg knappe 10 min) und ein kleiner Bäcker ist 50 m entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse

Die sehr sympatischen Vermieter wohnen im Haus, waren wenn nötig gut erreichbar und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.Mit den regelmäßig verkehrenden Bussen erreicht man die Innenstadt problemlos. Herrlich ruhige Lage, Wohnung super ausgestattet, tip top sauper. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, in der Stadt und doch im grünen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Vom 10.06.2018 bis 17.06.2018 zum Mozartfest hatten wir die Wohnung. Die Vermieter und die Wohnungsausstattung sind bestens. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Es fehlt wirklich nichts! Wir danken Frau und Herrn Tauber für den schönen Aufenthalt.
