the bathroom showers need updated. addition of a dehumidifier might be nice, seemed like the property smelled damp musty.

The place was very clean, and had everything we could need! It’s really close to the beach and owner was easy to get a hold of. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Comfortable and convenient
This was our first trip to the beach. The location was wonderful, very close to the beach and pretty much everything we needed was right there. The condo was comfortable and convenient. A huge plus having all the appliances we needed. Our host was very nice, helpful and the communication was great.. very responsive. I would love to book this place again! Highly recommend?

No pool. Is close to a very busy beach section.
I could’ve swore I saw pool/hot tub in the original listing but I prob misread. That’s my fault. BUT not being able to check in for over 30 mins once arriving cuz the code wasn’t sent was a bummer but chalked it up to a mishap. Nobody’s perfect. BUT getting a msg from the guy asking how many people are there that he heard a bunch of people was there (when my sister who was staying in a resort nearby had come to meet us to go have dinner) I also had 4 big kids of my own already so it seemed like a lot. But 6 were in my reservation! He said a drunk nosy neighbor told him but I believe there are cameras. I felt slightly uncomfortable once we were back at the room and for the rest of the trip, like we were being watched. The cherry on top is while I’m showering after a long day, my kids coming upstairs to say the ceiling above the dining room table is leaking water. 😩 we tried to stick to one shower then and make them quick cuz I didn’t want to damage the ceiling. Not positive that’s what it was, but I believe. Our first night in town, we stayed in a suite at Marina Bay Resort and it. was. amazing!!! 😍 The condo def needs updating and a good cleaning. Esp considering they charge around $120.00 X the amt of nights you stay for a cleaning fee when it’s not cleaned both days.

Super close to the beach. Furniture in the condo is not the same as in the pictures. Needs a deep cleaning

This provides the basics of vacation beach, food, and thrift shops. John is awesome, a great communicator.
