The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a private pool. The second floor features an open living area, kitchen, bunk room, and balconies. The third floor offers 2 king master suites with balconies. Enjoy smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and easy access to beaches, dining, and shopping.

This three-story beach home is situated on a large corner lot with gorgeous and mature tropical landscaping and privacy. Perfectly located south of 30A his home features incredible decks on every level front and back to take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and mesmerizing sunsets. The first level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath that opens to outdoor shower and the large inground private pool. The second level features the main living area with open floor plan including the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a full bath and laundry. Third level has 2 king masters with full baths. Both have access to front and back balconies.

The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a large rear deck that overlooks the pool and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Seaclusion faces the beach and is just a short stroll to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer. Easy access to Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Destin or Panama City Beach. You will notice the distinctive home and advantageous location the minute you arrive!
