The Résidence Miro, awarded 3 stars, located in the heart of Provence in Les Arcs sur Argens and consists of 6 apartments in the size between 20m² and 60m².

The apartments are spread over three houses in the spacious 8 000m² large park with old trees.

The heated from Easter to October outdoor swimming pool with changing room, shower and toilet, barbecue area, tennis court, trampoline, basketball basket, playground and petanque complete quote for your stress-free, relaxing holiday. Important: The whole plot is fenced!

A dozen famous wineries surround the quaint Les Arcs sur Argens. Some 10 km away is located to the nearest golf course, 8 other golf courses within a radius of 20 to 40 kilometers.

Waiting for Cyclists lonely roads and singletrack for all performance categories.

Natural sites, old town, monastery, castles, colorful markets invite you to linger, the beaches of the Côte d'Azur and the Canyon du Verdon is only 30-45 minutes.

Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Aix en Provence are more than one hour away.

The Résidence Miro is located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Les Arcs and Trans en Provence.

You can contact us - without traffic jams - the A8 highway exit Le Muy.

The residence is open throughout the year. From November to March we also rent monthly (please ask us here for our special winter long term rates).

Savoir vivre en Provence
Sabine und Benoit sind mit Herz und Seele Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und für den ein oder anderen Ausflugstip gut! Das Grundstück mit allen Freizeitmöglichkeiten lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles im Charme der Provence. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüg Richtunge Cote d'azur oder Verdonschlucht...aber auch die direkte Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Rundum ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie! Jeder Zeit wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Tolles Apartment auf einem tollen Gelände. Alles wie beschrieben und super in Schuss. Sehr nett Gastgeber. Der Pool, der Tennisplatz sowie die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten runden das ganze ab.

Accueil très agréable. Appartement confortable. Domaine calme, étendu et très bien équipé (tennis, basket, pétanque, piscine, balançoire). Nous avons passé ici un court séjour bien reposant ! Les environs sont également très appréciables (séjour en mai).

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Sabine et Benoit. C'était juste parfait pour nous. Les enfants pouvaient profiter de la piscine, du tennis et du jardin. Ils ont adoré "Fun" leur chien. L'appartement est très grand et bien équipé. Un lieu de détente. Nous avons resté juste 2 jours. Donc, c'était trop court mais nous reviendrons.

Traumresort in Toplage
Großes, sehr gut gepflegtes und mit herrlichen Bäumen und Büschen bewachsenes Grundstück mit verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen auf drei Häuser verteilt, die genug Raum für die Privatsphäre lassen. Ein Traum von Swimmingpool und Tennisplatz, Boule und Tischtennis. Mountainbikes vor Ort. Herzliche, sehr hilfreiche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und einem jeden Morgen ofenfrische Croissants vor die Tür bringen. Ideale Lage für Reisende, die "alles" haben wollen: Côte d' Azur 30 Fahrminuten entfernt, die Berge mit der Schlucht von Verdon und bildschönen Dörfern wie Moustiers in die andere Richtung nur unwesentlich weiter. Autobahnanbindung nach Nizza/ Monte Carlo sowie Aix/Marseille quasi direkt vor der Tür. Weinberge mit zahlreichen Dörfern und Weingütern zum Probetrinken ebenso. Einen bunteren, abwechslungsreicheren Urlaub gibt es nicht. Wir waren Mitte September da und hatten noch Hochsommertemperaturen. Da empfiehlt sich die Nachsaison neben den günstigeren Preisen gleich doppelt. Die Hundehausdame Fun wittert die neu ankommenden Gäste schon Stunden vorher und begrüßt jeden einzeln. Kann man mehr wollen? Nein! Wir kommen wieder. Bestimmt.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter
Zum vierten Mal in dieser traumhaften Anlage! Wir genießen die Natur, den Pool, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf die Märkte, die Strände und Orte an der Coté d´Azur. Familie Graton vermittelt einem so ein herzliches Willkommen und steht mit Rat und Tat jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Anlage bietet mit dem Tennisplatz, dem Trampolin, der Tischtennisplatte, dem Spielplatz und dem Bouleplatz Möglichkeiten der Abwechslung. Der Frühstücksservice lässt den Urlaub jeden Tag schön und entspannt starten! Wir kommen wieder, nun auch besonders gerne zwischen den Ferien :-)

kleines Paradies
Wir waren dieses Jahr über Ostern mit zwei Teenagern in der Miro. Uns allen hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Weil es abends doch noch sehr kühl war, haben wir uns auch über die funktionierende Heizung gefreut, es war mollig warm. Der Garten ist weitläufig und sehr schön angelegt. Perfekt für Kinder, alle zusammen (von den Kleinen bis zu den supercoolen Teenies) spielen hier stundenlang Versteck-Fangen. Trotzdem gibt es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Die Lage ist ideal, ca. 15 min zur Autobahn und trotzdem himmlisch ruhig. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, das Meer ist in ca. 30 min erreichbar, viele schöne Märkte und Städtchen in der Umgebung. Sabine und Familie geben sich alle Mühe, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und haben viele tolle Tipps parat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Anlage für Familien
Vor sechs Jahren sind wir zufällig auf diese kleine, aber feine Anlage gestoßen und haben seitdem jeden Sommer unseren Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und der morgendliche Baguette-Service ist super. Man kann von der Résidence aus jede Menge interessante Ausflüge unternehmen – muss man aber nicht. Auch wenn man einfach vor Ort bleibt kann man sich ganz wunderbar entspannen: am Pool, auf dem Tennisplatz, bei einer Partie Boule oder lesend auf der Hollywoodschaukel (es gibt ein Regal mit zahlreichen deutschen und französischen Büchern). In den Schulferien sind dort zum Teil mehr Kinder als Erwachsene, die sich dann zusammenrotten und jede Menge Spaß zusammen haben. Vor allem das wöchentliche Barbecue mit allen Gästen ist immer äußerst beliebt. Der Lieblingsausflug unserer drei Kinder ist die Überfahrt mit dem Boot nach St. Tropez inklusive Shopping, meinen Mann und mich zieht es dagegen immer mal wieder zu einer Weinprobe auf das Weingut „Font du Broc“. Außerdem gibt es diverse sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Inhaber Sabine und Benoit sind Gastgeber im allerbesten Sinne des Wortes, sie sind sehr herzlich, haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und bemühen sich in jeder Hinsicht darum, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Mit Erfolg! Wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Résidence Miro bereits gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr darauf!

Wunderbare Ferienanlage Residence Miro
Dieses Jahr 2014 reisen wir bereits zum 7. Mal in die Residence Miro mit unseren beiden Teenager-Kindern. Es ist herrlich dort - ein tolle Appartements, toller Pool, tolle Betreuung mit morgens frischem Baguette und Croissants. Ganz in der Ruhe der Berge, aber zentral für tolle Ausflüge!!!!
