Miami Pool Cottage, tropical garden paradise

Pool cottage in a lush tropical garden. With a treehouse that overlooks the garden and gas firepit.15 min to Miami Beach/Airport, 10 to Wynwood. NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES/EVENTS. 1 King BR, 1 Queen BR. Large sofa-bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, smart TV. Full kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, china, etc. Grill on-premise. The cottage has a separate entrance, in a fenced-in half-acre yard Free parking. Pool not fenced, swim at own risk. We hardly use the pool to give you privacy, but we're there if needed.

The space
This is an antique cottage, with a vintage clawfoot tub. Both bedrooms have an exit door, and the kitchen/living space is in between both bedrooms and features a convertible sofa bed (king) and can serve as a third bedroom. (bedding stored in a drawer under the TV). The cottage sleeps 6 and up to 6 people are included in the price. For every person over that amount, we will charge $100 per person.

Heating.
For a couple of days a year that we have a “cold” front in Miami, the A/C has a setting for heat which makes it toasty warm quickly. There is also a portable ceramic space heater in the cottage.

The cottage sits in our fenced-in half-acre backyard, underneath 2 avocado trees. You are free to eat the Avocados, Bananas, Starfruit, Loquats, or Mulberries from the trees if they are in season. The Mango trees are still young and only recently started giving some fruit. We don't use pesticides nor weedkillers.
Feel free to use the giant swans and other pool floats in the pool, or the gas grill on the pool deck, or any of the patio furniture.

The cottage has its own private patio with hanging chairs, teak/wicker chairs, patio dining table with 8 Infinita chairs. Smoking strictly only outside.

There are more hang chairs hanging from a treehouse built in an old oak in the corner of the property for you to enjoy.

Guest access
You can access the cottage, the yard, and the pool via a private gated entrance. The washer/dryer is available for you to use, please check with the host

Other things to note
Free use of deck chairs, garden furniture, pool floats, gas grill, washer/dryer. Pool towels provided. Free parking. Quiet time after 10 PM.

Each person over the 6 person maximum will result in a $100 fee per person. (Exceptions are made for families, contact host for details)
