Why they chose this property
Clearwater beach is consistently rated in the top 5 beaches in the United States per travel and Leisure. The best property on Clearwater Beach in our opinion. Ability to park your car and walk to many restaurants and shops without having to drive. Grocery store 1.2 miles away on Island Estates. Drugstore across the street. Frenchy's fishmarket two blocks away with fresh fish and stone crabs brought in daily.
