Relax and Enjoy at Sunny Place Cottage!
New hardwood floors and upgraded furnishings July 24! Welcome to Sunny Place Cottage, a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with open and split floor plan provides for both family/ friend gatherings and extra privacy. One bedroom/ bath on left side of house, kitchen dining and living areas in the middle and two more bedrooms with another full bath on the right side of the house. Main bedroom with working fireplace. Our main bath is so relaxing we call it the spa room- it has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower! Home offers slight views of Potomac River and has fenced yard. Sunny Place Cottage offers and clean and comfortable place to stay while enjoying all the area has to offer!
