-Please note: We heat the pool to 82 degrees free of charge, for up to 88 degrees it is an extra charge of $50/day or $200/week to offset electricity charges, please let us know if you'd like it even warmer!
-Minimum Age: Main guest be 25 years old or older (If not, just ask us for approval)
-You will receive a rental contract via email upon booking, where you must provide a valid gov't issued ID
-No pets
-No smoking inside the house
-No extra guests
