Do you dream of that moment next to the sea: recharging, relaxing, spending joyous moments inhaling the fresh sea breeze?

Are you looking for a change of scenery? Walking out of your doorstep exploring the dunes right in front of your house? Or, see the landscape evolve with the light throughout the day?

If the answer to all these questions is YES, then, the house on the dune is what you’re looking for.

A spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-equipped house where practical is combined with pleasant.

THE HOUSE: You enter the house into a large open room with a kitchen and a dining room table. A living room with the view of the sea will welcome you for your moments of relaxation. The dining room is ready to host your meals.

On the ground floor, the corridor will lead to a double bedroom and a small children’s bedroom with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower, the garage with its laundry area, and a toilet.

The staircase will lead to a reading nook. On the same floor are two double bedrooms with sea view.

THE GARDEN: The grassy garden will host your barbecues, your relaxation in the sun, as well as children’s games.

IN THE AREA: The beach is a stone’s throw away. You leave the house, cross the road, et voila, you’re right at the dunes. In the evenings, your house will be touched by the lighthouse from the Île Vierge.

Herrlicher Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren zu zweit mit zwei Hunden 14 Tage im Maison sur la dune. Für uns hat es wunderbar gepasst. Das Haus mit der herrlichen Aussicht direkt vom Esstisch aus auf den Leuchtturm und das Meer, ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand und zum GR34, dazu der kleine Garten. Hundehalter sollten wissen, dass die Umgrenzung an einer Stelle (Mauer aus Pflanzsteinen) für Hunde locker zu überwinden ist - das war aber mit ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit und Übung gut zu lösen. Ein kleines Problem mit der Waschmaschine wurden im guten Kontakt mit der Conciergerie schnell behoben. Die Umgebung bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür :-).

Cica kizárva

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bár a hirdetésben szereplő 3 fürdőszoba helyett csak egy volt. A masik problémát a kisállat okozta. A hirdetésben nincs kikötve, hogy milyen allat lehet. Mi macskával mentünk, ami okozott némi zavart a berbeadónál. De szerencsére maradhattunk és a cica semmi bajt nem csinált. Legközelebb konkrétan be kéne írni a hirdetésbe, hogy mit értenek kisállat alatt. Amúgy a szállás és a hely gyömyörű volt, kényelmes és tiszta. Ajanljuk mindenkinek. Kivéve macskásoknak.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter du surf

La proximité de la plage et GR. Les terrasses : une ne possède pas d’auvent donc impossible de manger à l’extérieur quand il y’a du soleil. L’autre avec vue sur mer n’a pas des places assis pour tt le monde.

Vacances très reposantes

Une maison de vacances très propre!La vue sur la mer est vraiment imprennable.Le canapé pourait être un peu plus confortable-comme le temps était pluvieux et comme il faisait froid le soir,nous avons passé plusieurs soirées dans le salon. En tout une maison très corrècte. Eine wirklich sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft-der Blick aufs Meer von der oberen Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Die Couch könnte etwas gemütlicher sein,da wir sehr durchwachsenes und eher kühles Wetter hatten,haben wir viele Abende im Wohnzimmer verbracht.Insgesamt aber eine ordentliche Unterkunft!

Vue mer sur la très belle plage de la GRÈVE BLANCHE

Réservation de Claude via plateformes: Accueil parfait d’Anne- Valérie mise à disposition d’un book avec beaucoup d’informations, de bonnes adresses très utiles et des petites attentions personnelles. Maison : propreté impeccable, très claire, vue mer sur la très belle plage de la GRÈVE BLANCHE, particulièrement à l’étage sur la terrasse. Literie confortable. Parking devant la maison. Le plaisir de partir à pied sur le sentier du littoral, sans prendre la voiture. Très proche du centre de PLOUGUERNEAU avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Situation impeccable pour visiter de BREST à ROSCOFF en profitant des sites parmi les plus beaux de Bretagne. Bon rapport qualité / prix par rapport à des locations ne bénéficiant pas de la même situation. Nous nous sommes régalés de ce séjour. Une belle adresse à consulter sans hésiter que nous recommandons vivement Merci Valérie -Anne. 😉
