Take a step back into time and into the great outdoors at 25 Pine. Our 3 bedroom rental home was recently renovated as a cozy retreat for our family and guests. Andover is a sweet little town, settled in an intervale between the mountains of western Maine. Bring your outdoor gear as there are wonderful trail systems to hike, bike, horseback ride, snowmobile/ATV, ski & snowshoe. In fact, you can ATV/snowmobile right from the house and leave your machines in the garage at night. Talk about easy!

The property owners are great and respond quickly to all messages. The home is beautiful and stocked nicely. I highly recommend this home for anyone with needs in this area.
Thank you Becky for being so responsive - an owner who answers every message within 30 minutes is one who cares about her tenants. This is a spotlessly clean cozy older home with lots of space, tons of seating areas and beds that are super comfortable located on quiet pretty street away from the highway. It is wonderfully quiet, something that is getting harder and harder to find in this noisy world of ours.
The owner's collectibles fill the home and are lovingly curated. Each little vignette tells a story.
You will feel at home and welcome here and oh...the coffees!! My new Nespresso machine is waiting for me at home.
The location about 30 minutes from Sunday River is a perfect base for those who love to ski, hike (we hiked in Grafton SP), snowshoe (across the street) and dine in.
We had great stay and would absolutely return.
The house was perfect for our family ski vacation, clean, everything needed was there and we especially liked the cozy interior. Becky is a great host, very responsive and trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall we enjoyed the house and the stay in Andover very much and would definitely try to rent again if we are in the area.
Had a great stay with family for a long weekend snowmobiling. Able to ride right from the driveway - perfect location near the major ITS trail system. Fuel & market right around the corner. Very clean and comfortable and Becky was great to work with!

My husband and I are "empty nesters" as both of our children are away. We travel frequently to see our kids and started using vacation rentals as an alternative to hotel rooms. We have stayed in a variety of different homes and really enjoyed our experiences! So, we decided to give it a try and list our property.
My husband, John, is a forester-turned-realtor and I am the Director of a TRIO Upward Bound at UMaine.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property with my parents this year as a vacation home. We love to be outdoors and Andover is a perfect location for skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and ATV/snowmobiling. The house is adorable and easy to manage- perfect for our family. We offer vacation rentals as a way to help keep our costs down.
