I can’t think of one thing negative to say about the condo and or location. It was a lovely condo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brian Head or surrounding area
The check in process was done all online/text which made it convenient and easy. Finding the condo was a challenge but, it was dark when we arrived so that could have added to our challenge. However we eventually located the condo building. Parking was convenient and close to the building. Check In was easy, and property was clean and described accordingly. There was plenty of extra bedding, towels and kitchen utensils in the condo. Location of the condo was perfect to ski lifts. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.
This condo had a nice location and was well appointed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have issue with a thermostat that didn’t turn on so living room was chilly in the evening and morning. Called maintenance and it was a joke! So if you don’t need a problem solved or fixed, you’ll enjoy the condo. Would be tight fit with 4 or more people staying.

Great Location
Kitchen well stocked. My husband, I and our pup really enjoyed our stay. Hiking and biking right outside the condo was fantastic. Sound proofing with upstairs is very poor. Cleanliness was okay but could use a bit more attention to detail. We did notify property management of an issue that was not an emergency and they showed up unannounced. Appreciated the quick response, but notice, or any communication besides a text thumbs up, would have been nice.
We are family of four and our dog. The condo was the perfect setup for us with the two bedrooms and two full baths. We brought our own food and found the kitchen was well equipped. Unit was easy to get to from the parking lot as well.
Pros:
Close to Giant Steps and Wildflower lifts, but not easily walked to, had to drive. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice path to walk the dog which was kept clear of snow.
Cons:
Upstairs overhead unit was quite noisy and we could hear every step. Plus they were up until very late at night. Toaster would burn breads easily, and only a small fan in the kitchen. No tissue boxes in the condo.
Location is awesome, condo is clean and newly renovated. Heater in the living room works fine.

Great… unless anything goes wrong
This was a great property. Great location. Very clean. Just hope that not one thing goes wrong. The management company will not come repair. They will lie that they will fix but wont. They will come up with solutions but not follow through. They are SLOW to respond, if they every respond. AND THEY WILL FIX NOTHING. SO JUST BE PREPARED GOING IN THAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL DO NOTHING AND STOP COMMUNICATING ALL TOGETHER.
The place was nice in a great location. The only problem is the unit does not have A/C which is understandable. So it is nice to open the windows to get a nice breeze Unfortunately there are no screens on the windows so you need to decide between the breeze or the bugs coming in through the open windows.
