Excellent emplacement

Maison bien équipée et spatieuce , idéalement située . On deplorera simplement la présence de vieux morceaux de savon , brosses à dents et vieilles éponges sur les lavabos et le niveau de propreté qui laisse à désirer pour une location à ce prix

Litige avec l’agence Le Guillouzer Immobilier

La clef du portail a cassé sans que nous ayons forcé. Après l’intervention du serrurier, l’agence n’a pas reconnu la vétusté, et nous a facturé le changement. La communication avec l’agence a été compliquée et nous laisse un goût amer compte tenu du coût de la location.
