Two living rooms have sofas, two lounge chairs, chaise lounge, 75" and 55" Smart TVs with Sonos so you can sign in to your favorite streaming service or watch the included Samsung TV Plus in the living room, dining table for 6, and breakfast bar area for 4 (extra barstool in laundry room). All this with views of Mt Crested Butte, and Whetstone and Red Lady mountains, sunny porch to chill on and a four person hot tub. In the primary bedroom is a king bed, luxury linens, small sitting area and private en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a luxury linens on a king mattress and access to a full 2nd bath. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, activity table and chairs, and access to the 2nd full bath, the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with luxury linens and access to the full 3rd bath. The kitchen has stainless appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher & small appliances like coffee maker and grinder, crockpot, blender, hand mixer and toaster. Enjoy the outdoor porch and grilling area or relax and soak in the hot tub under the stars. One car garage with free EV charger and one additional off street parking space.
You have access to a large porch from your front door with private Weber gas grill as well as access to a back patio with the hot tub (open 8AM-10PM). You will have access to a one car private garage (no RVs or trailers allowed). Bring your car, drive it around or park it and take the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop at the roundabout! 1. No pets or emotional support animals*
*No animals are permitted in this unit and VRBO does not require us to host guests with emotional support animals (announced or unannounced) since allergies to animals are present in the owner's family and they are unable to then share and service the space due to health hazards. By booking this unit you accept you and your guests understand there are no animals of this type permitted in this home. Cameras monitor exterior. We are aware of the fact that the assistance animal plays an important role in some guests ability to travel so please check out our dog friendly condos: #2122141 and #3566735.
2. Warning, snow and ice slides from the roof with great force. Watch out for roof slide and icy surfaces/steps when outside. Do not play or stand under descending roof lines while outside. Major slide areas exist on all sides of the house. You need to monitor yourselves and children when outside. Stay aware. As a courtesy, this home is included on a driveway snowplow and shovel route. Should you wish to clear a surface prior to their arrival, a shovel is provided in the garage.
3. Please remove all shoes and boots in the front entry or entry off the garage (tiled areas). Please use coasters for drinks on all surfaces.
4. Store all sports equipment in your car or garage for safekeeping. Please do not bring them inside the home. There are extra “utility” towels in the laundry area in the basement should you wish place your snowy ski boots on inside to warm up overnight.
5. Please do not remove any kitchen inventory, furniture, pillows, linens, etc from the home. You will be responsible for any missing or damaged furnishings.
6. To conserve energy, please turn the lights out and lower the heat when not in the home. Utility costs are very high in the mountains.
7. Upon arrival, if you find something broken or damaged, please notify Alenka immediately and we will attend to the issue at once.
8. We understand accidents happen. Please let us know immediately if there is a break, spill, or other incident, so we can get the home repaired quickly for you and the next guests. Please blot spills on rugs and furniture and clean with only water (do not use vinegar, soap or any other chemicals). Do not use bath or kitchen towels for spills; there are utility towels in the basement laundry room.
9. Hot Tub Area and Porch Hours: 8AM – 10PM. Rinse prior. Watch for icy walkways and roof shed. Pack out your trash.
10. STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a seat outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Peace.

12. Early Check-in/Late Check-out is currently not available due to shortage of staff in Colorado resort towns.
13. Please do not back into garage as exhaust from your vehicle can trip the CO detector in the entryway.
