The popular Bluebird Cottage is the second of four, unique cottages that call Sunrise Point home. While here, enjoy being surrounded by stunning Cedar Creek Lake views and its amazing sunrises and sunsets. The property boasts multiple amenities including a saltwater pool overlooking the lake, a brand-new pickleball court, lakeside putting green, disc golf, jacuzzi, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, multiple sitting areas, & a remote-controlled lakeside fire pit!

To take in all the beauty and views of Cedar Creek Lake, the cottage features floor-to-ceiling windows with electronic shades that can be adjusted to add privacy.

The 450 sq. ft. cottage features custom furnishings and original artwork. The Bluebird includes a queen-sized adjustable bed, modern kitchenette with a Sub-Zero mini-fridge w/icemaker, Keurig, microwave, and glassware, flatware & dishes.

The modern bathroom features an open concept, marble-tiled shower, storage, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush Turkish Towels.

The cottage also features a 40" flat-screen smart tv, wifi (currently updated to faster speeds), bedside charging stations, and a level 2 charger for electric vehicles.

Additional seating on your private patio with an easy-to-use fire feature!

Cottages are supplied w/ a welcome snack basket, spiked seltzer, & complimentary wine! Additional add-ons are available directly through your host!

Common Areas include a lakeside gas fire pit with seating for 8, two hammocks, a Pickleball court with seating, outdoor dining for 8 beneath lighted oaks, horseshoe pit, putting green, multiple lakeside seating areas, two large decks, wood fire pit, lighted dock, two paddleboards, disc golf, jacuzzi, pickleball court and pool.

*Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek Lake is also a wedding venue. There could be times tours are happening on the property but should not interrupt your stay here.

Amazing hospitality and spectacular views!!!

This property is simply AMAZING. I highly recommend you make the drive for these lake front cottages. No detail is overlooked and there is so much to do from grilling, to pickleball, horseshoes, miniature golf, or fishing or just relaxing and watching the lake. Do not hesitate to book one of these cottages. The property is also available for weddings. Reach out to Ann or Sue for more information, you won’t regret it. Perfect Property for Peace!

Communication was superb, the location and amenities were out of this world and I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality. This is a pristine property nestled on a peninsula which sweeping views of Cedar Creek Lake. The wildlife only add to the experience of staying in this modern cottage, that has EV charging capabilities to boot. Don’t sleep on Sunrise Point, it’s the hidden jewel of Texas.

Serene, peaceful and relaxing

Super late review and I normally don’t write many but this property, the grounds, the owners and manager are just amazing! The bungalows are really well thought through and out together. Super clean, modern and comfortable. Views of the lake are awesome, amenities are everything you need. Will 100% be back!!

We travel extensively and have stayed at some of the most beautiful resorts. This by far is my favorite "boutique" if I can call it that. Four modern bungalows, done in a modern, comfortable, romantic, inviting...perfectly appointed. Our hosts, the owners, are incredible...so kind and hospitable, made us feel like we were family. Very private, with only four bungalows we enjoyed all the peaceful beautiful surroundings. We will be back!!!

Amazing property!

I surprised my wife for our anniversary and she loved it! It is cozy, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. We played golf for the first time ever nearby, my wife caught some fish off of the boat house, and we kayaked until our arms were numb. The pool has a breathtaking view and the hosts were very gracious. Ann can make a mean margarita too, which we enjoyed poolside. Sue talked with my wife like they were best friends. This place is amazing! We highly recommend it for a getaway to remember.
