Excellent stay!

Two buddies and myself stayed at this property while in town skiing Steamboat. A free city bus picks up right outside the place making for super easy access. We loved everything about the apartment! Very nice

Week of skiing and exploring downtown

Since this condo is located in middle of downtown Steamboat, you can walk right outside and to all the bars and restaurants without needing a rental car or shuttle. We took the free express bus from the stop outside the condo to the base area for skiing everyday. There was no need to drag all our ski gear on the bus since this condo has a locker at the base. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental.

This was a home away from home. Very comfortable place, stocked with all that could possibly be needed in the kitchen. Perfect location, close to bus for skiing as well as grocery shopping. There are fantastic restaurants available in every direction! Mgmt staff were very helpful. Kudos to all. Thanks...David

Great Proximity

The unit is in close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, even flyfishing and skiing. I flew in privately to KSBS. Close to the airport. Great city to walk around.

Downtown Steamboat Condo

We come to Steamboat often to see family and loved the location and amenities of this property. It was also nice to have parking available and everything that downtown Steamboat has to offer so close to us! The bedroom itself does not have windows and got very warm at night. We opened a living room window and the bedroom door to try and cool off the bedroom. The building itself runs its heat and since all doors are interior, I think it keeps the unit warmer. We live in Colorado but both struggled with how dry the air was in the condo at night, with both of us waking up a few times at night. There was a humidifier and fan in the bedroom closet that we were able to use. I would suggest a new/larger humidifier for the unit because this one ran dry a few hours into the night. Overall, great location and great unit outside of the temp and dryness!

Amazing Summer Weekend In Steamboat Springs

Our first trip to Steamboat Springs was amazing, and we picked the most incredible place to stay in Downtown. Cannot say enough goods things about the place, starting with the great communication and detail instructions that made check in a breeze. The unit is fantastic, including a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans you're not afraid to use (unlike most places), a full size washer and dryer, a comfy bed and plenty of room to relax. Throw in a reserved parking spot in a secure garage - what more do you need? The location is perfect in downtown Steamboat - with great food, drinks and shopping just steps away. Can't wait to return - thanks much!

Great location. Easy to catch the bus to the mountain. Having the locker in town was awesome!!! Also such a special surprise when we went in the condo for my boyfriend’s birthday. We would definitely return to this property !

Winter carnival week

Enjoyed the location of the condo and access to building B roof top for viewing of the fireworks. The condo runs extremely warm (75 degrees without turning heat on). The shower drain was not draining properly upon arrival , maintenance came out same day and fixed it but only 2 days later it was slow to drain again. Upon arrival the previous guest underwear was left in the washer… and a handfuls of pistachio shells were in/ under the couch. The vent in the kitchen /living room area needs cleaned as it has left black marks on the wall around it and you can see dust. The bed was comfy and the condo was in an ideal location.

Steamboat weekend

Great location to get to anything downtown or the free bus to the resort! We loved staying in this condo for the two of us and our 6 month old. The condo runs warm being surrounded by the other rooms so we didn't even need to have the heat on for most of the weekend. All the amenities were great I side the unit and easy to get in when following directions. So nice to have a heated parking garage as well, but it is one building over just fyi. But not hard to get to. Didn't hear any of the other tenants and the in unit laundry was priceless! Husband also loves having the board storage at the gondola so he didn't have to lug his stuff back each day.

quick get-away

We had a great time during our stay. The property was perfect size for the 2 of us, and the location couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all the shops and even the grocery store. It was nice having the ability to text the property manager when we had questions. The only issue for us was the heat. We could not get it to go below 71, which was too warm for us at night, so the manager suggested opening the window. It was pretty cold, only about 5-10 degrees out at night so we had to be careful how much we opened it, but it did seem to help some. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely Stay in Downtown Steamboat Springs

The location of this condo is perfect, close to the river and springs plus all the great stores and restaurants in downtown Steamboat. Love that there is access to a covered parking spot (note, it is a bit of a tight squeeze if you have a larger vehicle).

The condo was fantastic - very gorgeous, spacious, and well-stocked, and right in the center of town, near everything. But also very quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors or any outside noise. The bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. We felt very fortunate to have found this rental for our stay.

Best location!

We had a great stay in this little condo right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Cozy unit, v well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, nicest vibe. We loved opening up the windows in the evening for some fresh air. Also was nice to have A/C during the summer (a rarity but important for condo setting). As usual, SLC was super helpful and responsive when we had questions and when we needed some small repairs addressed. Can't go wrong, thanks for a great little holiday.
